My husband is a honest man, so he had purchased his uniform within 2 years before he went into his other employer. The original uniform he purchased is the same exact one his new employer used, it just needed different patches, his new employer stated he can use his previously purchased uniform at long as it was within 2 years purchased. My husband went into Jo Paul's and informed them if he can fill out the document to vouch my husband bought the uniform within the grace period, the owner's wife agreed to do this since they knew my husband was a loyal customer, she provided my husband her personal cell as well because she was going to email the letter. My husband called them after the weekend. And the owner stated he couldn't do it because he doesn't have proof of the purchase. When they agreed they never said we needed proof or it was required because we didn't have a receipt from 2 years ago, My husband paid cash and his wife even stated she knew my husband bought it within 2 years. The owner of Jopaul offered to call my husband's employer to confirm the info but he never did. He said he wanted to respect his integrity of his store. But he knew dam well my husband was telling the truth the uniforms were in great condition and it was the brand names the store I my sells, that couple is off, he just wanted to make profit again off my husband. They are rats. If your too old and senile to handle a store then retire. Thankfully my husband fixed the issue. But I would not recommend this store. There uniforms are easily ripped. My husband within the 2 years had to go to a dry cleaner to get things sewed and fixed. My husband was loyal to this store because of the location. I recommend to go to another uniform shop with better quality uniforms. They are unorganized and don't provide great...
Read moreI just purchased a postal uniform. The sales lady was conversing with someone and she stopped to help me. She then gave me undivided attention. I was going to buy shoes and the only suggestion I have for them is to let the customer pick their shoes. I don't wear heavy shoes and I need a wide toe box. If they just go by the size they won't get it right. Other than that, the prices were comparable and the customer service was excellent. I do understand that people have different experience and I am one that you will find to be hard to please. I get it but my day was a good day. I kept calling and the phone was not working so I did go in with a slight attitude and told them I called but the phone just ring and they quickly adjusted my attitude when they informed me that the phone line was down. It's a small store with a big heart!...
Read moreTerrible customer service. Paul is easily distracted and if you are a new face. Expect to wait at least an hour to walk out with a purchase. Only takes care of regular customers and friends. Paul makes up prices on the fly. I watched him upsell me on a hoodie I’ve bought before already. Ask him how much an item cost and he’d reply “how much you got on the allowance card?” I come here because I live in Jamaica. But this place won’t get my business again. If you like business that’s fair. Efficient and pays attention to detail, Takes care of your purchase in a timely manner. THEN DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED. PS. His wife is very nice and tries to clean up his mistakes. But he’s still very much incompetent and can’t handle issues so he just says comeback next time we’ll have it. Oh and that’s a waste...
