I decided to have my son’s first birthday here after my nephew had a successful second birthday party here. Everything was great, and the set up was more than I expected. It wasn’t till the end where things went downhill. 15 minutes before it was time to break down I started getting rid of food and miscellaneous things around the room. I see a woman come into the room telling my sisters (who are currently taking out the food trays, and food stands that were mine) she got it she got it. She then proceeds to grab a stand with the water and burners attached, and pour it into the bucket whilst we’re telling her to wait because the burner is on. She disregards us rushing to clean up and ends up dropping the burner onto the table causing a fire. THEN proceeds to throw it on the floor while on fire, and pours soda and water all over the floor/on my son’s birthday gifts. All whilst the table cloth is STILL on fire. At this point 3 women come running in and are doing absolutely nothing but talking to one another while we’re trying to get our things out the room and into the booths so the kids can finish their game tokens. Someone over the PA system keeps announcing that my sons party is over for some reason (3x after we were all out of the party room), and someone later proceeded to come to my mom with an attitude to hold balloons from the party “because it was causing confusion.” If you’re coming with a big party I do not recommend this place, and I will probably never throw a...
Read moreEntertaining a toddler can be difficult any time but especially during the pandemic that almost makes it seem as if there is no such thing as perfect measures of safety. That in mind, this place was as safe as they are staffed/equipped to be but parents seemed to be negligent and absent-minded in regards to watching their little ones. This was apparent when my partner and I walked in and as we are signing up to gain access, a child makes it to the ground level from the basement level entertainment and attempts to run outside and away from their parents. The staff needed to pursue and bring back this child and so they did. We were worried but still gave this venue a chance since supervision and proactive steps/systems seemed absent. We somewhat regret it. Broken attractions, games and very packed interactive areas with unmasked parents and applicable children made this a tough experience to be able to feel safe and enjoy it. Our 2 year old had a good time and we hope that if we visit again in the future that they consider controlled capacity, better systems of accountability for guests and prioritize customer experiences over capital gain using empathy and not simply business...
Read moreThey were helpful with carrying items in for the party as well as set up. However they have a VERY RUDE son/nephew or whatever he is that was at the front desk that needs to learn manners. We asked if there was an elevator that could be used as some items were quite heavy. The daughter/niece explained she didn't know how to use it but would try to get the people who could. The boy out of nowhere says "OR YOU COULD JUST HANDLE YOUR STUFF YOURSELF!". I was shocked. So I started at him and said "Excuse me?? What did you just say?" And he actually had the audacity to repeat himself after trying to act like he didn't hear me initially. Needless to say I took the opportunity to inform him that he was a child and needed to stay in a child's place as well as inform him that it was because of our money/support why he was there 'working'. The girl tried to dial down the situation, but it was too late. If it weren't that the event was already underway, there would have been a totally different outcome and we would have left!!
We will NOT be returning nor will this place be...
