I booked reservation on 5/27/23 at 2:30 pm with Mayra. I’ve been doing my nails in this place since 2021. Mayra did my pedicure and gel tips. While she is in the process of doing my nails.. Mayra decided to take an another client and told me to wait for her to start and finish a new client. Mayra is very unprofessional because she had started doing my nails and did them halfway and told me to wait. I explained to Mayra that I was there first with earlier appointment. How is fair for someone else to cut me in line ?. Mayra disregarded what I said and stated that her other client had paid when booking services. I am very upset with Mayra’s unprofessionalism. She had seen I was there with my daughter, who is a toddler. I assumed she would make sure she’d finish doing my nails before taking in another client. I am very upset with Mayra’s customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning here. Mayra should get trained on customer service. I am highly upset because I would always offer great tips! Anyways, there is a lack of professionalism. I've been coming to this location for a while and I love the ladies who do my eyebrows. They're always kind, friendly, and give me the perfect eyebrows. I unfortunately cannot say the same for an acrylic nail set that I received and haven't gone for that service since. After only 4 days of receiving the service, some of the nails started to break off when I've never had that happen before, and there were no changes in my lifestyle that would explain this happening. I went back and asked the nail tech if she would fix them and unfortunately she was offended and acted as if I purposely broke off my nails, which makes no sense whatsoever, especially since I frequent this location very often and have never had an issue before. Other than that one negative experience, the women who do my eyebrows for me are always happy to see me and they're the only ones I go to to get my eyebrows done. I would, without a doubt, give it 5 stars if I didn't have that negative experience. I am not naming the nail tech to value her privacy. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I came here to get my FIRST lash lift ever. Me and my mom have been long time customers at the salon. We were know at the salon and we believed that we’ve established trust with the business. The actual service of the lash lift was ok besides the burning, which is standard. Y’all when I got up and looked at my self in that mirror I thought my lashes were electrified. They were straight up, no curl and it looked more unnatural than a BBL gone wrong. They told me to brush them down to make them look more natural which made me notice that they were overly processed. They even tried blaming it on me, by saying my lashes were too long and that it’s my mistake. (Baby, I’m pretty sure there’s other people with long lashes that get lash lifts 🤣). I understand that everyone makes mistake and that’s okay. What separates you from a professional business is your lack of accountability and responsibility. Do better. Anyways y’all DO NOT SPEND YA...
