K&E Barber Shop💈 — Attraction in New York

This has to one of the best hands down barber shop experience I've ever had. From the moment I called them just to ask if they take walk ins or appointments only, the staff member was honest. He told me it's super busy on walk ins but appointments are always granted. Explaining to me the simple steps to do so I went ahead and did it. I showed up on time and luckily found parking fast. I walked in and everyone mad eye contact for the most part and were very polite. My barber who was seated by the entrance off the jump was super kind and greeted me. I mentioned to him I had an appointment and the time it was. He welcomed me and asked for me to have a seat and they'd be with me momentarily. Before it was even my time he called me over. His name was Alaex. He introduced himself. Asked me if this was my first visit. I did say yes and he was very delighted and gave me a great warm welcome. It wasn't fake at all. You can tell he genuinely appreciated me coming to get a cut there. From the moment I sat down and he discussed my cut and what I was looking for to the final dust off of hair. Then man was absolutely kind and super professional. I'm very picky with barbers and have been loyal to mine for 20+ due to relocation I had to seek someone new. Not once do I regret going here and finding my new official barber. Alex is absolutely 💯 talented and passionate about cutting hair. His work ethics and skills speak for themselves. This place is definitely the spot to go. Super clean, very detailed to their work. Thank you Alex for making this experience very enjoyable...

I Been coming to This Barbershop for 2 YEARS AND Love it!! Before THIS Barbershop I BASICALLY RAN THROUGH OUT A LOT OF BARBERSHOPS UNTIL I FOUND THIS ONE THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND AFFORDABLE THE BEST PART YOU DONT HAVE TO BE SITTING ON A BENCH WAITING FOR YOUR TURN I JUST GO TO THE APP MAKE A APPOINTMENT AND THATS IT. AND WHAT EVER TIME TO SCHEDULE THATS EXACTLY YOUR TURN I TAKE MY SON TO AND HE LOVES IT BECAUSE THE BARBER IS VERY CALM VERY GENTLE WITH HIS HAIR NO REDNESS ON HIS HEAD LIKE OTHER BARBERS WHERE I USED TO TAKE HIM. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND I WONT GO TO ANOTHER BARBERSHOP THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY TREAT YOU...

I moved to the BX from Brooklyn in September 2019 and have been trying to find my BX haircut spot .This is it! Luis was friendly and detailed -even though he doesn't speak English, he's still one of the most competent barebers I know. I made an appointment and was 8 minutes late and the owner chewed me out, but it wasn't my fault. I will be more punctual because early is always better than late and the shop has a steady flow.
