Brought my nephew here for a haircut right before his high school graduation. The young lady (I donโt know her name because she didnโt hand out her business card) who cut his hair shaved a small area. I assumed she tried to hide it, so the shaved side is shorter than the other side.
They were not going to say anything about it. So I questioned them about the spot, they first said it was already there. It was โshaved from the previous haircut.โ Then they changed the story saying that heโs losing hair! How dare you traumatized a teenager saying heโs going bald? All I wanted was a simple apology. We are all human after all. Instead they lied and refused to fix his uneven hair cut.

She not only listens to what I want, but she also goes above and beyond; she gives me suggestions and recommendations after listening to what I want to improve/enhance my look. She never does anything without asking me if I'm ok with her thoughts. Every time I get my hair done by her, my hair looks better as time goes on. Any hairstylist can cut someone's hair and make it look good the first day, but Julie Joohee Woo's hair styling and cuts make my hair look better with time.

First attempt I tried to call in order to schedule an appointment; there seemed to be a language barrier with the employee who answered the phone. Just because she was having a hard time understanding me she just said they're fully booked for the day and hung up. Another instance is when I came to ask if they are still taking customers for the day before they close. Instead of telling me that unfortunately they cannot take me since they will close in an hour.
