So let me just start out by saying I went here today to potentially buy a puppy but after reading several very bad reviews I was almost sure I would not leave with one.. well.. was I wrong.. the minute I walked in I found the store to be immaculate.... extremely neat and smelled very clean.. all the dogs seemed happy and well taken care of.. it took me all of a minute to see my puppy and fall in love instantly.. the man that helped us was very informative helpful and patient..he did not make us feel rushed or pressured and also worked with us on the price.. when we decided on our puppy and agreed on the price he took the time to explain everything to us in detail.. the prices I think are very reasonable compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere on the internet.. and they did have a wide variety to choose from.. if you are looking To buy a puppy don’t walk ..run here.. I would HIGHLY recommend it and if I ever am in the market for another puppy this will be my first stop.. I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about as my experience was seemless.. a lot of them say the good reviews are from the owner.. well I can tell you I have nothing to do with the owner and have no knowledge of who he is.. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but I am writing this one because I had such a great experience and want to let people know that if they are looking to purchase a puppy as I was this is your place!! You will not regret it I promise!!! Just to add an update.. this is my puppy Jax.. nearly 5 months later and he is doing awesome! He’s healthy and happy and our entire family...

I am a bit shocked in reading some of the reviews that I have came across here so decided to write a review on 3/5/2013 I spent all day looking for a puppy went into Puppy City and the smell was horrible and they wanted an astronomical amount for a puppy before taxes when I googled I got the results for Puppy Empire. I went to see what kind of puppies they had and walking in it smelled very good and all the pppies were in clean cages and even the ones that were sleeping when I knocked on the glass came to the glass and interacted. I ended up falling in love with a Miniature Schnauzer which I named Diamond, the staff was very nice and explained everything to me along answering all of mines and my mothers questions they also gave us all her paperwork and information for a free vet visit, However when I came across all these reviews I got so scared because of all the horrible stories of sick puppies and etc... today is 3/13/2013 I just got back from taking Diamond to her first vet visit and I took her to a vet where I live in the Bronx that has no association with Puppy Empire and after spending $318.00 to have her fully checked I am happy to say that my new baby is perfectly healthy and full of energy. I am so happy with my purchase and treatment that I got with the staff from other reviews I am thinking I got lucky or maybe they got their act together either way I feel comfortable...

I went in just to look and i ended up leaving with a husky. She was gorgeous and i knew i had to have her. Very friendly staff they weren't too pushy with me when i told them i was just looking. One of the workers was very informative he approached me and asked if i was looking for anything in particular. I wasn't, until i saw the husky. Once i did i think i asked just about every question possible about huskies. The gentleman helping me answered every single one of my questions and i finally made my decision of buying the husky. When i went to pay they make you sign some papers and they offer some supplies if you'd like to buy them (I'm a first time dog owner so it definitely was of good help). They told me the puppy also came with its shots up to date and you get a first time free check up at your local vet (pretty cool). The transaction was complete and they handed me my puppy and a blanket and i was off. I even got a certificate showing the husky is a pure breed and the names of her father and mother and their numbers. Over all the place was clean, the dogs looked happy and the staff was excellent and very knowledgable, it was a pleasant...
