Extremely poor customer service. If you call them regarding an appointment you had scheduled prior to arriving, they will have you on the phone and be completely confused as to why you are calling even if you clearly tell them the reason for your call. First impression occurs through a phone call and I personally have had this issue quite too many times with them. When you arrive for the service, the girls misunderstand what you are asking for and do their own thing which could’ve been avoided by just understanding what their client was looking for. In my case, being a haircut. I’ve gone their twice before and another girl who’s been there longer knows exactly how to handle my hair because she will ask questions regarding what I am looking for and confirm with me before chopping off anything, she happened to not be there on this day.Instead, i had a new girl that decided she’d go ahead and cut however much she wanted and pretty much chop all my hair 5-6 inches. It looked like a very unprofessional persons work. Also, you can overhear other conversations their staff have with other customers and it’s straight rudeness and unprofessionalism. Their staff need proper training because they don’t know what customer service is. Would not recommend this place to anyone, neither will I ever be returning back...

Hairdresser at first seemed to know everything she was talking about. I came in for a trim because my ends looked very bad. Hair dresser I can’t remember her name showed me an amount of hair she was going to cut I was ok with it. Took her about two minutes to cut my hair which seemed odd to me. It felt as if she was playing with scissors she cut almost 8 to ten inches of my hair which is not what we agreed on and on top of that my hair looked chopped up “layers” as she called it. I don’t know where this lady got a license from but she definitely does not know what she is doing my hair does not look presentable at alllll I had to get it cut even more to fix what she did and on top of that now add extensions because I have never liked short hair my hair was extremely long down to my tailbone after being cut by her it came up to my shoulders how was that 2 inches? Do not come here for services the funny thing is when she sat me down an older lady looked at her and said your going to cut her hair and she nodded yea and the lady raised her eyebrows I should have known right there to get...

I went to this salon to get my makeup professionally done for our fashion show specializing in Indian Bridal apparel. Not only did Savi (the makeup artist) exceed my expectations, she also did three of our makeup in a timely and professional manner. The atmosphere of this salon is very elegant, sophisticated, and up scale. This salon also does nails, eyebrows, hair, mehndi, and much more. The staff are extremely polite and they make sure you feel very comfortable while providing you with the best customer service you are about to receive. Most importantly, the prices are VERY affordable!! I was very satisfied with the services of this salon and they can count me as a regular customer from now on .. I will continue to use Savi as my makeup artist for events when I'm in NY! I found them to be very convenient, the location is not too far from where I was staying, and I was able to make it to th venue of my event on time.
