I went to this shop to get my dash cam hardwired. The guy originally quoted me $150, then lowered it to $125, so I agreed. After they finished setting it up, I went to pay and asked for a receipt. He told me I didn’t need one and that I could just come back if I had any issues.

Not even five minutes after I left, I checked the dash cam and realized they didn’t hardwire it — it was just plugged in. I went back to the shop, but the guy I paid was too busy singing to even listen to me. He sent another employee to talk to me instead. I explained I had paid for a hardwire install, and he told me I needed a hardwire kit. I said they should have told me that beforehand. He told me to buy the kit and bring it back, and they’d install it at no charge since I had already paid.

So I came back another day with the kit, but neither of the guys I originally spoke to were there. The cashier didn’t speak any English, so he called the installer. The installer then told me he couldn’t install it because I brought the wrong kit — even though it was the same brand as my dash cam. Then he changed his story and said there was nowhere to hardwire it, made up a bunch of excuses, and claimed it would drain the battery. After that, he told me it would be $150 to install — even though I had already paid $125 just a few days before.

This place is unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest. They don’t communicate clearly, don’t stand by their word, and try to get more money out of you with every visit. Do not go here — the customer service is awful and I honestly...

Took My 2011 Acura TSX to get window tinted they charge me 135 dollars which i should have not paid because they did not do a good job. Do not take your car to get window tinted here they dont know how to do a good job. They did not cover the braking light on the back glass, supposedly because is illegal, they are just lazy because they had a hard time getting inside the space in between the breaking light and the glass, so the just decided not to cover that space, the window tinted looks horrible, they said that is my fault because i didnt tell them to cover the whole light, I have never seen a back glass window tinted with a missing peace for the light . they told me that if i want to they would have to use another film of tint and will charge me 80 dollars extra . I just pay them and left. Took the car to another place they charge me 60 just for the back glass and they cover all the glass, they even told me that that is the way is suppose to look and they guys at this place...

1 out of 5 stars becasue there is no otion for a -1. Had an appointment for 1030. Got there at 1030 they weren't ready for me until a little after 1. The shreck was there giving half ass answers in his limited English capacity. They finally got started on one the radio and then there was a three hour break before the they started the alarm installation. I don't speak Spanish at all but I am sure they were talking about me and addressing other Spanish customers that came in after me. I finally left after 1100 at night for a job that cost $2000 and was told will last 3 hours. I sure hope may radio and alarm installation works properly, unlike the customer service. I don't see myself ever, ever using their service ever again. There is no sense of...
