This store is ridiculous!! Never order to pick up from THIS STORE! I made an order of bubbles for my wedding. The next day I received a text stating some one picked up the order! I called, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONES THERE! The next day I called headquarters, they couldn't reach anyone! They tried to resolve the situation, but no one was picking up the phone.
About 4-5 hours later I got a call from a supposed supervisor. He sounded bothered, stated it was a mistake and my order is there. He was uninterested to apologize and was unprofessional.
Today I'm calling to pick up my order, someone actually picked up, BUT currently on hold and HAVE BEEN FOR 35 minutes!!! Is it not there?? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS STORE?? My sister told me they rarely check ID and the online purchases items are in an area that things can be taken. Something needs to be done about this process IN THIS STORE!!! Do understand, this review is for this store. Other Michael's stores are way more helpful and professional!! I will let you know how long I wait for!! Unacceptable!!

On 11/18/24 I was discriminated and felt so uncomfortable that it led me to write a review which I never do . Times have changed and to be standing at a self checkout with my child and mom and 5 other self checkout and the young man was called from cleaning up whom I saw earlier and stood right behind my self checkout was a dead give away , also pretending to come on the other side of my register when my daughter was packing the bags pretending he’s looking for something. The one cashier who was cashing stood right at my register which she was no longer cashing, speaking to another employee as I said a comment to my mom that they don’t have bags . She said you can pay for those bags which I was not speaking to any of them because I just wanted to remove myself from the uncomfortable feeling . My daughter even said why is so many people right here I can’t move the cart to pack mom .Customer service depends on the color of your skin and I felt it . Read moreThe workers were unable to find my order for 30 minutes. They had no justification for this, they simply blamed the staff who packed it the day before them. When I finally got the order and wanted to change the item, a very sincere, white female store worker said they would give me the item at a discounted price due to the trouble they caused me. She went and spoke to another white female worker who seemed to approve it. However, when brought to the attention of store manager RASHAN he got extremely egotistical and defensive, declaring only HE is authorized to make those decisions, no one else. He acted like I was a criminal trying to rob the store as opposed to getting an item for $5 instead of $10. When i told him i waited 30 minutes to pick up my order and how frustrated i was by their lack of organization, he said NOTHING. This is why people shop on Amazon over Michaels....my time is valuable and waiting for a pickup order for over 30 minutes is outrageous....then on top of that his disgusting attitude?!
