Please dont go here.. really rude. GEL MANICURE chipped in less than one day. When i went back to get my nails fixed.. she started off saying she going to call the cops. Harrassing my phone telling me not to come back. Telling me i am rude. Telling me that i was wrong to raise my voice on her when she raised her voice on me first.

I guess i need to rephrase my comments. Anger issues? So i called to sort things out since they wouldnt stop calling my mothers phone. Boss lady didnt really want to listen but to tell me what my mother did wrong. Ask your employee why she got all up on my mothers face instead of replying why my mother was pointing fingers. Alright? I didnt want to take sides ... was talking really nicely. My mother too apologized to the boss lady for raising her voice in the store. My mother could call the cops for your people harrassing her phone and getting all up on my mothers face. They were harrassing my mothers phone just to get an apology from my mother again. My daughter who is 13 years old went in there to get her nails done with her friends, for their graduation dance. It is close to the school and convenient. When they asked about a manicure they were told that it was going to be $15, two of the girls decided they wanted tips. The ladies knowing the price they quoted the girls did not update them when the service they were getting was clearly more. Yet, proceeded with the manicure. Gave them the most expensive set of tips which are SNS to the tune of $55. Then proceeded to provide them with an $18 dollar pedicure. My daughter was not prepared to pay for such services as she went with $50 which in a normal non-swindling advantage taking salon would have been more than enough. Word to the wise and lesson learned for my daughter. Make sure you are told up front what the fees for your service is. Is it the best manicure, no average at best. I personally use Lush nails because love nails turnover is so frequent I stopped going there three owners ago. For a simple mani pedi I thought it would have been okay for girls that were walking to and from. Never thought adults would take advantage of 13/14 year old girls that are just trying to look pretty for their graduation. Truly a shameful experience and will not be patronizing their...

I went to new love spa to get color gel which is 25 plus soaking. I got there at 615, my appointment was at 630. I had foil on my fingers for an hour before someone started taking my old chrome off. The time was now 730pm, so i told the lady just soak off and color next time. Then the owner recommended I should atleast fill in so i can keep my old tips. I said ok, cus what fill in aint that much $ and time. I went to someone else to do fill in. The lady told me to pay $45 for fillin and color. I said im not getting color, only fill in. Then she said fillin and color is one thing so I MUST pay $45 even if i decide not to get color. So i said ill come back tomorrow for color and paid her $45. She said "its better if u do it now" so i went and tried to pick a color. But while i was picking a color, I was so upset thinking i have no time for this, why am i being forced to stay here when I already paid more than enough? Since 7pm I wanted to soak off and be out. Why am i being forced to stay another hour After i paid a shit ton of money. So they gave me back 20$.
