I was referred to this company by a trusted reader, who i allow to read for me. But after my recent experience with their " customer service" i know got to question the integrity of my reader. I made an online order with this company at the beginning of the month. June 2nd to be exact. The order was supposedly processed and shipped the same day. I received the tracking but noticed it was never added to the pending package delivery list i have setup with usps informed delivery. But i didn't think much of it since I did have tracking information. From the 2nd to the 6th the package tracked, but then nothing. I do shipping and receiving for my own business and am aware that some times package wont get scanned in between stops at each facility but several days went by and then a week and still no new updates or movement. I live on the same coast as this company so i figured perhaps its just because of the coronavirus, the post in new tork is moving extra slow. But here it is one day shy of 10 days with no tracking or delivery. So i made the mistake and contact this companies customer service. I explained the situation and literally only asked for someone to look into it and verify the address on the packing label at the very least to insure it was infact addressed properly. I was told to contact usps and that was it. No " sorry for the inconvenience, let me look into that for you", not even a sorry to hear that unfortunately there isn't much we can do but wait and see if it tracks again or gets delivered. Nothing, just a real dismissive ' contact usps" like oh well not our problem, we got the money so you're on your own. Seeing as this was my first and to be sure my LAST order with this company, take what you want from this review. I said what i said, this company needs a refresher on how to treat their customers. I am a first time customer , when i first called to place an order, I very clearly asked the lady a few times on the phone if the holy 7 day candles were different from the ones that were sold in Kroger and Walmart, and if it would BURN FOR A FULL 7 DAYS.. SHE ASSURED ME THAT THEY WOULD AND THATS WHY THEY WERE CHARGING $6.95 for each candle...!!! After that i agreed to place an order for 12 candles at the rate of $6.95 for each candle totaling to $83.40. I received the package on time, I was surprised that it was packed in a Pampers box.(photo added) I opened the box and to my surprise i found that i was sent only 8 candles. I immediatly called the company and USPS and informed them of the problem and they said it would take time but they would look into the matter and get back to me. I decide to light the candle on the day i received it, which was Tuesday the 10th 0f July at 3pm. The candle burnt out on Saturday at 10am. on Sunday i emailed the company and explained all that had happened, still haven't heard back from them. I called the company today the 16th of July at 12.27pm and informed the lady on the phone about the candle not lasting for the 7 days like promised, she was rude, insulting, and very disrespectful. My experience at this place has been an experience in my life I will remember for a very long time. I've had troubles along the way, but the people at Original products helped me through all them, assisted me in what I should buy for specific reasons. I've bought candles from the spiritual workers to place on the altar for me several times and each time they sent me a photo of the candle burning. All I can say is great things about this place, and the staff that assisted me in each transaction. I will recommend anyone needing spiritual assistance from these awesome people at original products botantica. I can say carlos, is one of the guys that sent me my picture from my candle work on their altar several times. i also dealt with Yessi and she is the best... she will let you know what is the best products to get for your work. I have also dealt with others at the original product store but online and phone and was so satisfied. Alex is a spiritual reader I can say 100% is accurate when he reads you.
