Nuevo Three Way Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SUPPORT THIS THIEVING BUSINESS. I ordered catering services for an event and they did not give me what I ordered. I was so embarrassed at my event when everyone went to eat, I was so surprised that the chicken wasn’t there. I ordered several whole chickens (which was the main part of the order). I did not notice it was missing until everyone started to eat. This was so embarrassing as everyone only had rice and salad to eat since the meat was missing. This is not the first time I ordered for an event and they messed up my order. Genesis, the owner daughter was super rude about it and did not take full accountability. She said it was the delivery drivers fault, which has nothing to do with me since they are the restaurant delivery driver. To make matters worse, I was promised a resolution and it never happened. I didn’t even get a refund for the chicken I never received.

See attached pictures of my conversations with the owners children. I was told by the son that they are taking accountability and will resolve the matter either with a refund or another order but then he went ghost and started to ignore me. They basically stole from me!

SIDE NOTE: I won’t ever spend my money here again. I learned that the food recipe changed since the old owners moved- which makes so much sense to the blandness of my recent meals. I’ll start to support the old owners new business and won’t ever spend...

I went to this restaurant today around 1pm with my wife I ordered some stewed Chicken with white rice & beans when my Order arrived I notice she brought what Looked like hard dried chicken!? I told The waitress that I ordered stewed chicken? she told me yes I know but we Only have this chicken!? So I told her I don't like dried chicken! So then she Asked if i would like pernil? I said sure as Long as it's not dried! She brought me What looked like shredded meat? I Started to eat it because sometimes looks are deceiving & the food may actually be good!? was I wrong!!! the meat Tasted like it was seasoned with just Tomatoe sauce and 3 table spoons Of salt, that's how salty it was!!! Not To mention what my wife ordered That's a whole different story!!!!! I got up asked the waitress For the check, paid and walked out! To Be totally honest with you I, wouldn't Recommend this restaurant to a Homeless person! No exaggeration There food was horrible and by Far the worst food I've ever tasted in Any Bronx restaurant. I went to but food there 2 days ago on 12-28-21 and I got food poisoning. I ordered pernil, chicken, plantain, Pina colada and rice with meat. I believe I got sick off of the pork cuz when I gave my mom some she could barely eat it and thought I was spoiled but I added some of the lime juice the give and tried to eat it. Yesterday 12-29-2021 I could barely do anything without throwing up or having severe Diarrhea. Now I can't even eat anything and I'm extremely weak. Oh and when it was time to Pay the lady over charged me. I first asked for the chicken which was $ 12 I said I wanted one but also was going to buy other things. She claimed I said I didn't want it and then made me pay extra for it. Originally before I had realized the chicken wasn't included my total was $23 with one Pina colada, I then asked for another one and some how my total was now $34 when one Pina is $5 .
