Today was my first time at these location. I was so happy to go to these new locación I love aldi and i will always will i always go to 231 st, i found everything i was looking for. Like always aldi is the best, Nightmare awaiting for me, i dont see not sign on the register but i figure it out i was on the line , when these lady start screaming 10 iteams or lest I say i May have like 11 or so, no big deal right?! Is not like i have 40 iteams. Ok the lady in from of me have 13 iteams i count it, when it was my turn the cashier tell me you have more tham 10 , so the other lady it was on front of me. Cashier say but she work here. I tell her rules shut be for everyone. These lady scan my first 10 iteams then i asked can you please scan these other 2 , she scream at me NOOO! Iwas like not big issue , is only 2 iteams, she start scream if she dont want to ,she dont have to take care me on the line, i tell her you being rude , you work here , call the manager. Then i say you know what just charge me . I tell her take $60 dollars from my ebt card, i pay the rest on Cash if there is any balance. She scream look she dont even have money to pay. Who is these lady! ? To humiliate me like that i was carring $300 on Cash. I show her . Who dont have money to paíd, now really call the manager. How can you treat people like that. Im a coustumer , im not disrespecting these lady. I tell her how can you treat people like that , life is like a mirror , the way you treat other people ,you live most be miserable. Lady is old end 55's Beltran last name. Red hair. Manager came, i tell him what happent, he just move me. To next register and charge me. He dont say i Word, to these lady or me. Acting so inapropiate with costumer. I tell him you should address that. She can not tell costumers they dont have money to pay. He dont say nothing to me. Not even 1 word. I left so sad and mad. How a great company like aldi can have these kind of people working for them. I dont know if ALDI MANEGMENT . read any of these comments/reviews. But i dont want any one felt the way i felt today. I will left my recipiet with date /time and information for these cashier some one must care of these...
