Pinky Eyebrows Specialist And Nail — Attraction in New York

I used to go to PINKY for over 6 years and I had recommended her to many friends and family . Literally everyone I knew I sent to her, but as myself and most people I know do not plan on going there ever again. First of all Pinkys husband has the worse customer service!! He is rude, grumpy and uneducated !!!! He will sit there and snatch your money , card and tell u "idk what u want me to do oh well I don't know what to tell you" He does not care about his business and his clients !! Pinky used to be very nice and friendly but she will be nasty when she is in a bad mood or under pressure. They are over priced ! They will yell at you and clearly not care if you are a loyal customer !! I used to tolerate him but when BOTH treated me unfair that was the end of it !! Thank god I found a new eyebrow lady at red spa in sunset park because I an done with this place !!!! I was so disappointed the day they both gave me a nasty attitude , yelled at me and pretty much didn't care I left upset over wanting service. We all have a bad day but that is not a way to treat a loyal customer. I hope they realize how much clients they are loosing due to poor...

I don’t agree with a lot of these reviews, I’ve been coming here for years. Pinky is an eyebrow master, I will never allow another person to touch mine! My go to nail girl is Cindy and if she is busy Sophia, they are both talented with nail art, they don’t take to long or go to fast . I usually get a pedicure with whatever women is available and never have a problem . Every time they do a pedicure a new plastic covering is put in for sanitary reason, new file! I have also in the past gotten my eyelashes done by Jenny and she does then exactly how I ask very natural! They do their job, if u engage in a conversation they will talk to you, but if u don’t they will just work! The two men everyone is referring too are a little nasty seeming but I think it’s more of a language barrier as English is very apparent not to be their first language! I have even wanted a design on my nails and ended up not liking it and they fixed it with no issues Alway clean, never had a bad experience and as I sit here getting a pedicure writing this review there are women of all ethnicities being treated exactly...

I used to go here because the wait is not so long and the service was not “that bad”. A couple of weeks ago I walked in because I wanted to get a pedicure. As soon as I walk in the man in the front yelled at me mask mask. Which I didn’t get it why he was screaming like I had just committed a crime, and I said mask is not mandatory, and his nasty attitude continued yelling. And I said whatever and grabbed a mask, while I WAS PUTTING THE MASK ON I ASKED WHICH SEAT I GO TO AND THE MAN CONTINUED TO YELL IN MY FACE PUT ON MASK MASK (while I was putting on the mask) and mind me I am 8months pregnant and couldn’t wait to be seated because it was so hot outside. I was shocked on the way he was treating a costumer that was bringing him business. It’s so sad because the lady pinky it’s so lovely and does an amazing job, but with this guys attitude I won’t ever go back even for free!
