This PLACE this PLACE ROCK🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Today, I attended my granddaughter’s 5th birthday party at Play La La and every single kid and adult had D BEST TIME!! The employees are the kindest and most professional group of young people. The staff treated every kid with such respect and made every activity SO much fun. The girls all got pampered with facials, mani, pedi, hairdos, facial decorations and sipping on lemonade while being pampered. Many different fun activities, bowling climbing, and so much more. Even teenagers and adults got into the fun activities. Kids enjoyed pizza and delicious cake.WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! WE APPRECIATE EVERY STAFF MEMBER that made this birthday party very special. Please extend my gratitude to all your kind hearted employees. Thank you for being great hostesses and very welcoming. You have a fun and well organized establishment with an amazing group of employees. Anyone looking to pamper their kids for their birthday or otherwise you must go to Play La La!!! Play LaLa is an absolute gem for kids' entertainment! From bowling to jungle gyms and imaginative play areas, there's something for every child's taste. We literally had kids range from 1-13 years old. The girls of the party especially enjoyed the pampering sessions, including hair styling, nail art, bracelet making, facials, and even lemonade toasts. The staff, including Dom, Melanie, Ariel, Jordan, and Liyana, went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this venue for a fun-filled day out! It was worth every penny! The theme package was right on! All the kids got pizza, the cake was included and they even allowed us to play our own music. We will definitely have another birthday party there in the future. ALL of my guest were super impressed by the love and attentiveness of the staff and the amount of activities for all the kids. Attended a party here. Did not book it. Overpriced for what they give you. $700 for 2 hrs? Craziness. Even better, there is a coffee/tea bar on site for adults, but you have to pay per cup - its not included. Beware of which location you select because options change based on location and it is not always well communicated. Also, seeing the auto responses from the owner in previous reviews is a red flag. There is no way to know what party I would attend to "check tape" to see happy guests because they have no idea who I am or when I attended, so I am curious if my review will get the same auto response. Definitely nothing extra or special about this place to make it worth the cost. Go elsewhere as the cost of what they offer is...
