Mountain Fusion-Sushi & Ramen House — Restaurant in New York

I paid close to $70 with the delivery fee and tip and look how much soy Sauce they gave me for all of this food PERIOD they are very expensive and it's not Justified WHY would You give me so little soy Sauce with so much sushi halfway through both of our orders we had no Sauce at all. Why are you giving us flavourless low sodium when it was not requested as well? There are so many other places that provide better service and better value. I advise you to go anywhere else

Edit: your response is disingenuous. The first place I look of course is the bag. Maybe it fell out in your car, your server lied? I've been eating sushi for many years and have never had to special request regular soy sauce.You have it reversed, you have to ask for low sodium otherwise they give you regular. As for as pricing, it is not competitive it is almost 10 dollars a roll.. I would be embarrassed if I were the owner of this business and can't even take basic responsibility and dish out...

Had a great experience picking up take out at the restaurant, especially during covid-19. I made an order on their online website to be ready for 4pm because I was traveling. When I arrived, I was 15 minutes early but didn't realize I was too early and tried to and pick up the order, the lady working at the front desk greeted me and told me I was early and they wanted to wait until it was closer to the time to make the order fresh for my pickup time. So I told her, I would come back in 15 minutes, I walked to my car and she called my cell phone to tell me it was ready, great curbside pickup service! The food we ordered came very fresh and everything was done very well. We ordered sashimi, sushi and seaweed salad. Awful! We ordered from them several months ago based on the good reviews. The first time was not good but we thought we just must have hit them on a bad night. We gave them another try last night. I'm not sure if these reviews are based on their other food but the sushi is awful. Both times the rolls were so poorly made that the rice wasn't evenly distributed around the roll. On top of that they were falling apart. It was as if the sushi chef was rushed and has no standards. The food was late and their phone was directed to a fax machine so you could not get through. Over 40 minutes after the delivery time our food finally arrived. I opened the bag to see they put the hot miso soup on top of the cold sushi! The soup wasn't even a little hot and I had to put the sushi in the fridge to try and cool it down. Terrible, we will never order...
