Red Hook Recreation Center — Attraction in New York

This is where I found some of the Brooklyn love big was spoken about. I wish the membership was free at the time I needed it to be. however, I understand you need money to even exist in this relm now. That part sucks I'm great full to have met the souls here the laughing and screaming 😱 😂 some foul language smh in time even that will not snuff out the light this establishment brings to the community they do need funding and renovations however 😢 it makes people very stressed so the things around including are actions have to be vibrations of light the safe place for darkness too. Remember the community, but this do not rob them of it and wonder why faces are not filled with smiles ....

The weight and cardio room is really big. The only thing that I disliked was the fact that you have to go through the menside to get to the work out room. As a female I found that there were only men in this gym. But thankfully a female recreational worker on guard in the area made it alot safer. The women's locker rooms and bathroom is only accessible through walking through the basketball court. Also the bathroom was dark and pretty creepy. Would not recommend using.The recreational center is also in the middle of no where ...only buses are available. Know the schedule especially if you are...

Summer conditioning flag football has been such a great experience for my daughter. She’s 9 years old and absolutely loves working with Coach Anthony and Coach Kevin. The coaching has been incredibly supportive, and it’s clear they genuinely care about helping the kids grow both on and off the field.
