Red Hook Running Track — Local services in New York

A great public running track that wasn’t too crowded when I went for a workout.

The football field in the center of the track is completely grown over and inaccessible, but that doesn’t mean the track isn’t good.

Great community track. The football field in the middle is over grown and closed down but the track is lively and well kept. Come early in the morning to see a skew of runners getting their speed work in for their upcoming races. Families and children during the day riding their bikes. Bathrooma and water fountaina near the track but always better to bring your own...

Nice track to jog on. I get a better workout on turf and I can sprint which is why I prefer a track! The middle area is full of trees, bushes, birds an entire ecosystem! But the mosquito's come out and eat me alive in the summer evening. There is parking on the street next to the track and bathrooms open till...
