Park bathrooms are outdated, always dirty, with a VERY BAD ODOR ,no soap @ all , no tissues 90% of time 1 running pipe, no locks on stalls very unsanitize . This is so inhumane especially for children . Where are we, the 20th century ?. Where's the Parks Dept ?....
