Ruby's House of Crystals — Attraction in New York

All of these positive 5 star reviews are written just so they could get a discount from their purchase so here is a true review of this place; They charge you a customer service fee for who knows what which is 3.99% out of your purchase which increases your final total. They don't even tell you about this fee, they tell you once you're about to pay or they don't tell you at all. They don't even help you around the store, they just stare as you look around. What's the point of the customer fee? People shouldn't pay extra for help. I asked for help for some crystals I was looking for, but instead of leading me to where I can find the crystal or show me, they just point and just say 'Over there' and nothing else. Very expensive and no variety of crystals at all. The basic crystals cost from a range of $8 to $15 dollars and their sizes are so small, but if you want an obelisk crystal, about 3 inches tall, they cost $20 dollars or more. Even a 3 inch crystal costs more than $30. I understand that some crystals are much more rarer than others, but it doesn't help that they still charge you a high customer service fee They don't allow phone calls in the store which is really ridiculous. There is no sign anywhere saying that no phone calls are allowed in the store. Also when I received a phone call, I was speaking in a low tone and barely any other customers around, yet I was asked to leave. Not even a warning. In regards for the last statement, the female who approached me wasn't wearing a mask at all during these hard times. Everyone was wearing a mask and keeping their distance, but why wasn't she following city protocols?

I searched online for the best crystal shops in NYC and found Ruby’s House of Crystals. I visited the website, and I liked what a saw. I decided to go to the shop to pick out some stones for my collection.

Located in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, the charmed quaint store has a scenic view of the Manhattan skyline. Although I viewed numerous photos and videos of the interior of the shop, the in-person experience cannot be adequately captured in images. The ambience is divinely enchanting. The shopkeeper was incredibly welcoming and expertly knowledgeable. I love that I was able to freely browse, seeking out pieces that spoke to me. I was amazed by the impressive selection and appreciated that the items were clearly identified. From a seasoned collector to a curious beginner, there are items available for everyone. The gemstones I purchased were of excellent quality and reasonably priced. There is the bonus of having the gemstones cleansed by sage smudging upon purchase.

The gemstones I purchased at Ruby’s House of Crystals are easily my favorites of my collection. They blossomed with spectacular brilliance in sunlight. Obtaining the stones in-person was a wonderful experience that soothed my grieving soul. I recently lost my mom and Ruby’s House of Crystals reminded me of the kind of store we would shop at when I was a child. The combination of the stones purchased and being at the shop, I had the most pleasant dream of spending time with my mom. Regaining serenity in my dreams and peace in my life means the world to me.
