Excellent Customer Service I ordered the Luxoria White Shelves with Sofa and I am so pleased with it!! But I am even doubly pleased because of the patient and customized attention I got from George since this was shipped to my home in Los Angeles!! Even though he was far away he never made feel like I was alone in terms of the shipping logistics and then the assembly. He answered all my emails, texts and phone calls in a timely manner. The assembly was a bit overwhelming at first, but he guided us all the way through and now we have a beautiful Murphy Bed/Sofa ensemble for a new remote work room space. I bought the Luxurio Light Wood Murphy bed in February 2021. Working with George the buying experience was pleasant as I only had to visit the showroom once with all further communication conducted via email. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The product is high quality, both the wood and sofa material. The size is perfect for my apartment. The installation was eased by the professional installers.

I customized the wall bed by adding small wooden art pieces. I used small pieces of velcro to protect the wood and ensure the artwork would remain In place. For a bedside lights I placed a pair of matching lamps on the lowest shelves on both sides. On the remaining sheleves I added personal items enhancing the overall look.

If you live in a studio apartment like me, a murphy bed is a must. It's easy to be lazy if your bed is right there tempting you and calling you to sleep. In a pandemic it's very hard to get any work done. I got the Miraldi with bed and sofa now and you can switch it to a sofa or table only once it comes out later in the year which I am looking forward to.

I did a lot of research and Murphy Bed NYC is the best and has the best selection of Murphy Beds I found. I enjoyed working with the Manager George. We had some issues on the delivery but he fixed it right away and was very courteous and professional. They even have a transformer table too which I am thinking of getting.
