If i could give 0 stars i would. They are dishonest, deeply disrespectful people. I came to get a sari blouse stitched and they told me they would have it ready in 3 days, even signed a card saying that and when i arrived in 3 days i was told that ājust the hooks need to be put onā. My friendās wedding was that day in a few hours and i communicated this (both before i gave the blouse and the day of) and they asked me to come back a day later. When i refused she said it would be ready in 3 hours. I come back in 3 hours and she says itāll be ready in another 2 hours. Iām inside the store at 5 pm and the wedding is at 7 pm and they still wonāt even give me the fabric because āit wonāt be ready until 7:30 pmā. I could not believe the audacity of these people. When a customer tells you that they need something by a certain day, if you are unable to deliver the service then just say that and they can look elsewhere. When i asked for the fabric, it was at another store so i had to then wait another TWENTY minutes to get my sari blouse fabric and when i got it in my hands there was not a single stitch on it! Absolutely no work had been done and they lied to my face and said it was almost done. They returned it to me in the same condition i gave it 3 days ago. These people are deeply shameful and I do not recommend anyone going here for any kind of stitching or alterations. If you cannot be honest in your business then maybe consider not having a business at all. I have been working with stores on hillside ave for years and not once have I dealt with this level of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely loved my experience at Saiās bridal! They customized my bridesmaid and groomsmen outfits in a timely manner. They were efficient, friendly and helpful. I gave them a jarring task of customizing a bridal lehenga and grooms sherwani, 7 custom made bridesmaid/MOH lehengas and 6 groomsmen/ring bearer kurtas for a total of 15 outfits. I had a very short timeline because I shopped later for my wedding outfits and they delivered quickly, around a month and a half time for it being made and then any alterations. We measured at home and some of the pants came too short on the hips, the owner went out of his way to replace them in time three weeks before the wedding! Lastly, I couldnāt find any jewlery I liked anywhere I told the owner what I was looking for (metal bangles and a crown style maang) and he drove to his other location and back to show me the one he had that I may like, I absolutely loved it!
I also picked out 5 more outfits for other families which were of high quality in store and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store is really good! I had grown up thinking my weeding day would come one day and it finally came! I was searching online on where to go to for my sherwani and also for my wife's wedding dress. I gave them a call and a guy picked up and he was extremely polite and caring towards me. I came in later that day and he treated me like I was a private VIP client of his(but it was just my first time coming into this place). I had been there for a few hours so the man ordered me food and kept working with me. I later bought the sherwani and my wife came in later that week and had such an awesome experience at this store. With them, I was sure that nothing would turn out bad. But part yet, the man came to my weeding and had an awesome time with us. In conclusion, I think this is the best clothing store in the New York area and would totally recommend it for any of your Indian clothing needs. They have such a wide range of clothes and jewelry and the people that work there...
