Curtains were in disarray.||||Dirty sheets, there was no bath linen, only a hand towel, we called more than 5 times to the reception, and the towel never arrived. Everything was broken except for the TV; the hair dryer, the bathtub, the snack machine, the ice machine. We slept in our street clothes. Bathroom had several burn marks on toilet seat and wall.||||We asked for a room change, and they said that they couldn't guarantee that the next room will be in better condition. ???!!!!??? ||||But the worst was the next day, we left the hotel early and when we came back early afternoon, they had collected our belongings in a trash bag; according to them, we had not confirmed if we were going to stay... when we booked the room for two nights. They did not bothered to call us or anything of that sort; like people just leave perfectly good clothes and other things in a hotel room and then just leave?!||||My husband was on his Class A uniform when we checked in, so obviously we were not the usual clientele.
