Worst customer service. Waitress name sounds like “Naty”, was extremely slow and didn’t know ANY answers to my question. She was more worried about sitting down with her friends and coworkers smoking hookah than to attend to customers. I asked for wings quesadilla and chicken Sandwich. After waiting 45 minutes for the meal she only brought my chicken sandwich. after finishing my meal I waited more and more and still no wings or quesadillas. Food was nasty. Waitress never asked my husband how does he want his churrasco she just brought it out burned and tostones were old. Food is definitely garbage here. I’m pregnant and frustrated at this point and had to get up and find her smoking hookah. I then asked where’s the rest of my order which she replied that she thought I didn’t want it anymore. I was confused because never did I tell her I didn’t want it. I mentioned it for a reason. I didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes for the meal so I asked for check. A woman described as Hispanic, bigger set, black bun came over with the check and asked what’s the problem. I explained and she immediately said well you said you didn’t want the food anymore. I never said this and she wasn’t there to know what was said so I already saw she was being biased. I then said that I actually did order and these girls are saying otherwise to not look bad instead of apologizing for not doing their job correctly. My husband then told her that the waitress is smoking hookah and might be feeling the effects since she was doing a bad job waitressing. The lady then said “ she’s not high of the hookah you guys are” I felt so disgusted with that because I am pregnant we didn’t smoke or drink. We saw the waitress smoke so what he said is valid but the lady with the bun come and initiate that we’re the ones high is highly disrespectful since I am pregnant. This place felt off from The beginning.

I felt like from the first moment I walked in they were trying to find any reason to kick us all out.

I had just finished a photoshoot nearby and wanted to catch some quick drinks with my crew. We usually go place turn up, spend a lot of money and just celebrate afterward

I watched as the security almost was looking for reasons not to let us in as we all went in, and I just happened to be the last.

First of all this place scanned my bags deeper than any TSA agent in any country. Like I had an easier time getting into CUBA, I’m not lying.

After searching my three bags telling me I couldn’t have all sorts of things from the shoot (scissors, a selfie stick he thought was a weapon, and other things) he placed to the side. My last bag had my recreational drugs in it, I had 2 oz of weed, he told me that I couldn’t come in cause of that. It was “too much”

I told him that I was carrying within the legal limit that if cops literally pulled up to the place and needed to search me for any reason I would be fine.

I wasn’t gonna be in your establishment smoking, and if you didn’t have to check my bag like that you would have literally never known.

This is clearly just a bar for Hispanic people to hang out , and for all other races to be discriminated against . I would never come back. Or suggest to anyone, and if they closed down anytime soon, I...

This place is discriminating against people. I was trying to come in with my friend and the bouncer at the door asked for my results or vacc card, so I show him to types of negative results one was from the website which my name was on it (first name only but I have identification) then I show him a texted version with a date on it which he also requested, then he doesn’t let me in because my last name wasn’t visible although my first name was VISIBLE, he didn’t let me in! I had to leave with my friend after I made her come out with me from YONKERS to this specific place for a drink AND I WAS DENIED ENTRY EVEN AFTER ALL THE PROOFS ON MY PHONE!! I’m soo disappointed that I wasn’t allowed access. My other friends that were already inside waiting on me were hurt I couldn’t celebrate with her as well.. I left and took my Yonkers friend and apologized for the bad experience!! Horrible...
