I'm just upset. This is my first experience in this spanish establishment. I was coming to buy myself a health smoothie. This is what happens. i was waiting so i could order a drink. I'm about to be next after waiting 20 min on a long line. Then, a lady comes in and stands behind me. The worker started to speak her language to the lady behind me. To say good morning. I'm like, wait, I ain't get that. When I came in. Tht strike 1. Then I'm still waiting to be seen. Now she then goes back to talk to the latter. I may not speak the language, but I understand a little bit. So now the worker is asking the lady what she wants. I'm like, wait, you really are doing this. Okay. Let me see what happens. Now that strike 2. She finally finishes with the other customer, and then I see the worker, and she is working on the lady behind me drink. Now I don't know about you but to me thts very disrespectful because I'm spending my money in here to and to do tht was very distasteful. I start to boil in my body. Like this is what we are doing. I left that place and was like, "You just lost a customer." I'm so annoyed and angry right now. I had to just shake it off and go eat McDonald's. Something I really...

Placed an order from this place through their site at 6:50pm, I live 7mins away it was raining so I ordered delivery, at 8pm it said my food was still being prepared, so I called to cancel, the person there told me I couldn’t cancel and to contact the delivery service, but I ordered through THEIR site, so I didn’t know who the delivery service is, explained this and was kept on hold and had to call a couple of times, bought food from somewhere else, at 10:30pm got a message from a person saying they were delivering the food, I told them that I had cancelled the order, called the restaurant again and asked why they had given someone the food after I cancelled and HOURS later, they couldn’t explain, the driver marked the food as delivered and I had to contact my bank about the fake charges filed by these people, will never order again, bad customer service and...

10/10!!! Do recommend! I went in to grab a quick snack and ended up leaving with a meal. What I ordered cost about $13/$14 The food was super good and I was super full. I was greeted as soon as I opened the door and the woman that took my order was so so nice…we exchanged a couple of laughs. There were so many more things I wanted off the menu so I will be going back! My sandwich was loaded (you just can’t see it all) and made completely fresh and you can see them making it. The empanadas were fresh and hot. I do wish the fruit was fresh since it was morning and I wanted a smoothie but that can be fixed. The entire store was extremely clean and almost spotless!
