Delivery driver only spoke Spanish, that’s fine I did too. I asked him to deliver to my door like I requested in my order instructions, he said he can’t. When I asked why, he said bc.

There are many reasons people can’t come down: disability, baby/young children, covid..

If you’re a business owner and your employees are afraid of assault, I’m afraid they need to find another job or live somewhere else. The Bronx deserves good service, I don’t care what your prejudice is.

People don’t get randomly assaulted in my neighborhood…

When I called the restaurant to ask for cancellation/refund, they told me it’s policy for the drivers not to come to the door. Can’t be legal at all.

The woman who answered the phone told me I am responsible for canceling my own order and getting a refund. There is no way for customers to cancel their own order without chatting to customer service…I have worked with these apps at my jobs, it’s not only possible but also on them to fix the mistake. She told me now she has to call and wait on the line to talk to someone, like ok or get the driver to bring me my food ? Bendito you have to do your job…

They really didn’t care bc they thought I was a gringa, that’s not how you treat people. She told me well, he only speaks Spanish he doesn’t understand you. Baby I do too, it’s...

I’m so disappointed with this place since I usually order tacos from here..I went in yesterday with my boyfriend and sat in for the first time and we had ordered two drinks (bulldog drinks), as in most places their prices vary, but they didn’t have their prices on the drink menus..so we assumed they would of cost $15-$20 the most...let me tell you, the drinks looked very presentable which why I was very excited..but as we started to drink it was just plain horrible..the taste of cheap liquor and juice!!!!we could not finish not even half of the glass..we later decided to order our usual tacos..which were alright nothing crazy..I ordered the pork taco which had so much fat inside..the service was also bad..no one barely spoke English or even understood my Spanish..once they brought us the check it was $29 for the bulldog drinks each..$70 for two drinks and 4 tacos!! P.S this gave me food poisoning the next day.. Such a waste of money! Don’t recommend...

The food here is delicious! I order birria tacos specifically from here all the time and It’s been nothing but great service and delicious food. Let me give you an example: I usually order through uber eats and they usually only put onions and cilantro on the birria taco but I request tomatos on it from time to time. They are one of the only people that actually listen to extra delivery instructions! I also want to clear up a previous review that said their birria tacos don’t taste like anything because that’s completely untrue. They have great flavor and I’m glad that one of my friends put me on to this restaurant because originally that review is what kept me from ordering the first time that I saw this restaurant on ubereats. This is the best place that i’ve tried in the bronx that serve birria tacos and I’m one...
