At 11am medium dogs gather. 12pm, mostly Huskies gather. Park is spacious. My puppy been going here since 6 months old. Only problem towards the back, it's not clean and a lot of poop left behind. A lot of brenches on floor, make you twist your ankle while walking. When small dogs come in, owners have a habit to carry the dog when medium or large dog get near to smell. If your scared you'll pass it down to your dog. Once you put the dog down, that causes the small dog to bark, bite and protect since the pack leader is weak. Just show the dogs rear end to the calm dogs that want to meet. If the larger dog tries to snap the small dog outta of it, it's a problem with the owner of the small dog because they're not using dog psychology. A woman with 2 huskies carries a dog horn and when there's a fight between dogs, she uses it and suggests it to other owners to get. Mostly, Asian/chinese/Korean owners with small dog are afraid of larger dogs. Another problem, owners like to bring treats to the park and their is a lot of dogs who'll compete and that will lead to fight for food. Dog owners should be trained and STOP using HUMAN PSYCHOLOGY!!! It's not...

My four month old puppy got attacked today in this park. There should be more rules that are taken seriously such as no aggressive dogs, and owners watch their dog(s) very carefully. Also, I believe small dogs and big dogs should be separated and there's another section that allows both. So, my puppy today got attacked when she just entered the park. A big dog started to pin her down and bit her neck. We had to separate them and then walked away to another section but the owners decided to follow us. We went to sit down on the bench to see if my dog is hurt in anyway, but then the dog that attacked my dog came back and almost bit her ear off. We finally left the park very upset. It was such a horrible experience. Although that one dog was very aggressive, many other dogs were very sweet. There should be supervisors in this park to keep everything in control since some owners don't know how to take care of their dog(s). Only one of the owners of the aggressive dog tried to calm their dog down. Not going...

Great dog run park to take your dog to. I have a 4 month old Golden Retriever pup that I am starting to get her to socialize with other dogs. Everyone here is really nice and friendly, there are tons of large dogs, my pup is still scared of bigger dogs in the park. It get pretty busy in the afternoon after work hours be aware that dog owner will get distracted and some larger pups will play rough with dogs. My pup was pushed by another large dog while running which got her a little scared, but I would still bring her here, there seems to have crowd hours so you just have to learn when to bring your dog around the here and learn which crowd is good for it. Everyone is super polite and friendly and owners will try to control their dogs...

Located between the BQE off ramp and a commercial building, this large dog run, mostly asphalt with a hilly dirt area, is perfect for all dogs to run around and let loose. Since the highway is nearby, dogs and owners alike can test their vocal extremes and no one will complain. During the Spring and Summer, this NYC Parks kept dog run has water available to keep your pooch cool and hydrated and the locals bring in toys and kiddie pools so that they can keep entertained. Come on down to the largest, official, dog run in Woodside! Also, there is a 7-11 across the Street for those of you needing coffee while your fur babies play!

Usually a nice crowd of dog owners with happy puppies. Went there last week and the park had 2 pools for dogs to play in. Mostly cement playground. People leave bowels and some toys. Built on the side of a hill, right off the BQE. There are some trees on the side where dogs run around in and can get sticks. Small but enough room to play fetch.
