I had such a disappointing experience at this deli that I felt like I had to speak up. I ordered a BLT with turkey bacon, and the bacon was barely cooked. It wasn’t crispy at all—it felt cold and raw, almost like biting into refrigerated ham. Honestly, it made me nervous about whether the meat was even safe to eat.

The chef prepared the sandwich super fast, and I actually saw him take the turkey bacon straight from the fridge. He barely left it on the grill for a minute before putting it in the sandwich. Isn’t bacon, even turkey bacon, supposed to take a few minutes to cook through? This felt rushed and careless.

The sandwich itself was cold to the touch, which just added to the bad experience. I really hate that I had to pull the bacon out just to feel safe eating the rest. I won’t be coming back, and I honestly hope they start taking more care with how they prepare food. Undercooked meat is not something to...

Absolutely unacceptable. The guy at the counter (Asian man – not sure if he owns the place or not) was extremely rude and disrespectful. He charged me $2 just for hot water for cup noodles, which they’ve never charged for before. 2 cup noodles with hot water was (13$) When I questioned it, he got defensive and started making racist comments. Completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior.
