NYC Birthday Clowns — Local services in New York

I want to share an experience I had with NYC Birthday Clowns and especially with Margarita & Scott!!! If you are looking for a professional show to entertain your kids for around 1-1.5 hours they are your BEST bet!!! My 4-year-old Birthday party was such a great success thanks to both of them! They entertained a group of 10 children with great passion and enthusiasm! We all felt we got A NYC version of a friend of Blippi! The Magic Show was very entertaining yet educational! The face paint workshop was a great success! My daughter never lets a stranger touch her and Margarita was super sensitive and considerate, knowing exactly what she was doing! Perfection!!! The kids loved the Balloon Show and the activities got all of them hyped and happy! On behalf of our family guys, A big Thank you for making our day so special & Magical! I know I hired your services but I got so much more than I ever expected!!! We will make sure to tell everyone how great you are! You deserve EVERY penny and much more! I booked a face painter for an hour for my daughters first birthday I booked this entertainer about two months in advance and what is shown on the website is absolutely beautiful… So you think you’re getting the absolute best for your event… Wrong! The face painter showed up on time she was very nice but the lack of talent was disgusting. Mind you it was only about four kids that got their face painted because it was all a bunch of little kids so a lot of them could not Sit still through the process but a few face painting that were done were horrible it look like a three-year-old did them I would’ve been better off looking for someone on craigslist I called I let them know about my complaint. They didn’t even offer me a credit or a refund they didn’t ask how they can make it any better at all they did was send me a survey to complete and that they would get back to me this was two months ago now I called them on Friday and it is now Wednesday and I have yet to hear from them and when I called her company the line doesn’t even go through so it’s like they blocked my number or they Disconnected their telephone line. I am completely dissatisfied and unhappy with this company I would love my money back I would like some type of credit I would like somebody to reach back out to me after two months of not hearing from them it is very unprofessional and I do not suggest this company what so ever spend your...

They booked us a month ago for my daughter's 7th birthday party . But while rechecking everything a week ago just called to reconfirm which wasn't needed as they already charged us , they had no such booking after making a charge which was already insane. And then next day got a call that the magician called sick . Okay we were like then let's stick by the face panting and games entertainer and cotton candy . Then just a day before the face painter called sick and then we were told to stick to entertainer only and then while waiting at the party at 7.10pm while he was to be at the party by 7.30pm got a call entertainer car got heated up . We offered to pick him up at where he was , which was simply denied and we were not allowed to talk to the entertainer and we were told on spot no one is coming to the party . While kids waited there waiting . This was a disaster. NEVER EVER BOOK THEM . THEY ARE JUST POSERS AND WILL JUST RUIN YOUR PARTY . DON'T BOOK THEM . BOOK ONLY IF YOU WANT TO RUIN...
