I grew up as a member of St. Philip Neri's parish until my family relocated to Throggs Neck. In those days (1990's), we had a dynamic pastor who was very involved in the elementary school and he knew the parishoners on a first-name basis. This is no longer this case for St. Philip's, but one can certainly find that community of faith and learning at St. Benedict's! Fr. Norton and Fr.
