Went to a store previously and brought mid-quality jewelry without realizing the flaws in comparison. Out of curiosity and previous recommendations I stopped by. The experience was truly delightful from start to finish. Upon entering the shop, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to assist me in finding the perfect piece for my husband. John took the time to understand my preferences and budget, ensuring that I was presented with a range of options that met my needs. He also went above and beyond by offering to upgrade my current jewelry and giving me a great price for a better piece. They told my brother that the necklace they sold him was diamonds and when I got it appraised knowing he spent 1900 on it we found out that they were white sapphires and not diamonds like the salesman stated. They took advantage of my brothers lack of knowledge of stones and when asked about returning the false diamond necklace on the phone they rudely brushed me off saying that they don’t do returns. I have the receipt still but they won’t give my brother back his money. This place has horrible treatment of customers. Only go if you know exactly what you’re purchasing.
