So bad I had to leave. I was going to purchase two shorts and wanted to try on a shirt, and the employee was like, “No try on — if you don’t like it, return it.” The security tag was fastened in a way that made trying it on impossible.
My girl shows the manager, he removes the tag and reattaches it so I can try it on. I go to try it on, and the same disgruntled worker runs to tell the manager (the one who just adjusted the tag), and now he’s coming over to harass me about trying on the shirt. Lmao like what? 😐😐
I just left. You’re telling me it’s easier for me to buy it, go home, try it on, not like it, return it, we both wait days for the refund, your business eats transaction fees, and your employees waste paid time? Worthless...
Read moreThis place has been open for about 20+ years now. They survived through multiple recessions and the pandemic and it goes to show the tactfulness of the owners. The prices used to be somewhat cheaper but in today's economy this store is cheaper than Marshall's or Kohl's in pricing. The sales staff is about average, if they see you fondling with the clothing too much, they'll warn you that they don't have a dressing room and you can't try them on. The security guard is good though, one of my pet peeves is when people cut the line just to save one minute in their day and he fixes that up very quickly. Despite my best efforts to give them a chance, they caused significant discomfort. When I attempted to return them, the store flatly refused, citing some minor dirt on the soles from light use—an unavoidable result of testing them in real-world conditions.
