We alway come here with family, and know they serve sucks. But this time it sucks af. Yesterday we booked a big table, and first time sit at the second floor. The funny thing was we only could see the workers twice, once was ordering food, and then just passed the dishes. Nobody would help upstairs, even when we done wanted to pay, we had to walked downstairs. This time we gave less tips, I guess the lady standing at cashier won’t care because she is the boss? So another lady ran upstairs to force us more tips, I said I even couldnt see anyone came up to serve us, “YOU HAVE TO PAY AT LEAST $48, NEXT TIME DONT SIT UPSTAIRS” this is completely what she said to me! First of all, you guy don’t accept card, I definitely know that you playing taxes game. In addition, we were a big party has 9 ppl, we spent $300+, and I don’t understand why didn’t you just arrange at least one person came up to serve? Or is that mean first floor is all the VIP customers? And we didn’t request to sit upstairs omg. And now you told me don’t sit upstairs next time? Also, you forced me to follow the tips to pay, you created the law to customer I am sending this to the boss, I am telling you how to be a good boss unless you satisfy the sum...
Read moreLet me say the foood is super super good, like it’s really good. Also it’s really cheap for a lot good food.
But the service is a bit bad. It’s clearly short staffed and the way the restaurant is designed out makes it incredibly inefficient. I feel bad for the waiters that have to constantly run up all those steps to serve the people upstairs. The atmosphere is pretty loud and unhinged, but I just blame the people. Gotta treat the way things run here as the norm, it’s kinda just how things are.
If you come, expect a long wait for a table, people tend to stay for a long time. Also bring some ear plugs, the screaming children and loud aunties and uncles can be eat deafening to people with sensitive hearing.
Also if they ever renovate, I suggest putting in a dumbbell waiter so that you can transfer food to the second floor and have a person on the second floor actually supervise that floor. Also I suggest changing the big tables to booths to accommodate smaller families, so that big families are down stairs and small families...
Read moreI went to try this dining in at this restaurant tonight, Sunday Oct 29th. The place was packed. Usually, the food I order for takeout is great, but the food today was only good not great. Service was horrible. They sat us down with no menu or anything. After ordering, we asked for extra plates 3 times with 3 different servers and they never came back. Never got any check in, change of plates, and no refill on the teas. We had to get up and get it ourselves. They are like wild horses running around. They were power walking and kicking the chairs of the customers sitting at the walking aisle. The lady next to us had it even worst, the server rush the HOT stone bowl of soup like dish and pour some on the ladies shirt and shoulder and he tried to “laugh it off”. Also they don’t say “excuse me” or “be careful behind” or any signs of notice when they try to put the plate on the tables. Just rush and dump the plate...
