ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I ordered my daughters 2nd birthday cake from here and I asked for a hello kitty cake with strawberries as the fruit of choice on the inside (her fav fruit) and they said we could do that for you. when the time came to cut the cake I was in so much panic as they put HONEYDEW instead of strawberries?! My daughter was so disappointed on her special day :( . But I did understand that mistakes happen so I ended up contacting the bakery to see if I could get the strawberry cake I payed for as a replacement of their mistake & they said NO ?! , and then I asked for maybe a refund of my money, and they also declined that also . The "new Orleans" styled wings are such a joke....5 dollars for two wings(they cut them in halves and call them 4). Not great looking....And the flavor is not there. Looks like done with some food coloring. They definitely don't like anything like baked wings or bbq wings. I only took a bite and threw them out. The seafood stir-fried rice cake was pretty good. Went there for my birthday cake, sent them the picture. My friend went to pick it up, EVERYTHING IS WRONG! The color, the filling (he stated it would be strawberry, I got honeydew), the writing, the back of the cake was completely empty. I honestly hate the cake. Was told it would be a 3 minute wait over the phone. Completely different in person 20 minute wait. Didn’t even get writing “happy birthday”. I was given disgusting fondant words. Nothing turned out the way it was supposed to. Go somewhere else for better service you will not...
