The Live Loft NYC — Attraction in New York

I highly recommend this place for multiple reasons: The place is very spacious (~700 sqft)

It is multi-functional - there is a lot of space to do whatever and decorate however; it come pre-decorated, which is great for anyone who want to do less work or cannot buy or get decorations on time - saves time, stress, and money;

The space comes with 5 rectangle tables, 2 round tables, and 35 chairs

has a big tv and projector; great for gaming for presenting;

has speakers and a bluetooth system

A bar area for drinks and a microwave to warm up food

beautiful multi-functional and multi-colored lights(digital - can change different colors)

A women's and male's restroom with multiple stalls (more than 1 person can use the facilities at once). And most importantly the host is super nice, honest, and reliable. He responses relatively quickly (anywhere from 5min - 30mins).

It is located in a convenient area, great for stocking up on goods (Costco's is literally 7-10 min walk away (2-3 mins driving) and theres an Ikea, Bed Bath Beyond, etc if you need to get anything last min.

I am very happy with my interaction with the host and the place is very magical. I wish them all the best and more success! If you're thinking of booking this place - DO IT!

The Live Loft is a multi use space. I went there for a surprise birthday, and the space was clean and ready to be decorated. The area is an industrial business area so parking is available but can be difficult. When going to the loft space, keep in mind you have to walk up a flight of stairs and then to the specific room/loft. The bathroom is a walk down the hall that can seem far to some. The bathroom was clean. The loft itself is clean and in good condition, it can definitely fit 20-30 ppl but keep in mind if you add tables or other things it will shrink the space. We recently had our son's 8th birthday party here.The whole entire experience was wonderful. The space is well designed,and it's very versatile. It's great for for creative photo shoots, birthday parties,baby showers,and all kinds of intimate gatherings. This space has plenty of games,this would be awesome for a game night.
