Management is very unprofessional. Slow to respond when trying to make an appointment. Overpriced services. Clearly lacks time management skills. My daughter should not have to spend almost 5 hours in a salon for a silk press, ponytail style. When I vent my frustration, the manager’s response is they would service her in between their clients. What kind of BS is that? Then to bring up how I inquired over 2 years ago as to why they charge so much for relaxers is insane. Is she serious??? I haven’t been back since. Which is why I went natural & currently service my own hair. If it wasn’t for my daughter who adores her stylist and is natural, I wouldn’t continue to patronize this business. But no longer. Enough is enough. My time will be better spent in a salon that shows courtesy & respect towards...

My stylist, was incredibly professional and took the time to listen to what I wanted. They gave me great advice on what would suit my hair type and face shape, and the final result was even better than I imagined! My hair looks and feels amazing healthy, shiny, and beautifully styled. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the little touches like offering me a drink and making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of service, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Fantastic salon experience ! Highly Recommend Yolande , she’s great -provides high quality hair care and addresses any issues. I’ve been going to her for the last few months, always provides great service, pleasant energy and if there is a wait she is mindful, tries to get you in and out. I had a hair dilemma after my braids , didn’t have an appointment on a Saturday of all days and she still helped me work out my hair drama, I was beyond appreciative. That’s the type of person she is, amazing service and delightful person. The salon itself has a good vibe ..friendly stylists and welcoming...
