Update: it has been almost two months and I havenât get my refund.
My experience couldnât be worse with this store. I ordered a bra and it didnât fit me. When I went to the store I asked the cashier if she could order the another size. She placed the order and when I got the confirmation it was for a different bra model, luckily I was still at the store. The manager called the online phone number and apparently this company change the items when they donât have it in stock; kind of dishonest policy.
I asked to please cancel the order and they decided to put my money back in a gift card instead of my method of payment I donât know why. I also ordered a bunch of panties and i wanted to change only two of them because I didnât like the color. It was an even exchange, same model and size but different color. The cashier told me I needed to pay for the new ones because I purchased them online and return the ones I had. She said the money was going to be back in my credit card within few days; it happened more than two weeks ago and I haven get any refund for my bra or panties.
I called Victoria Secret customer service number, they said the bra return was handled incorrectly by the store and that now i have to wait for them to issue me a check. Then I spoke to the manager couple weeks later and she asked for my address for the company to send me a check over the mail. Same thing I did couple weeks before. So I guess nothing was done at that time.
For the panties the cashier didnât even give me a receipt and customer service said is nothing they can do without a receipt. I just spoke to the manager Raquel and instead of apologizing for all the things that were handled wrong and for the inconvenience it caused me, she keep insisting that is the way how it goes. Itâs not the fist time I returned I item purchased online to an store so for sure I know itâs not the way how it goes.
The day that I was at the store I realized things were not handled correctly by the cashier and I expressed my concern; but instead of listening to me I had to deal with her bad attitude. For sure not a pleasant experience dealing with...

TIP: DO NOT GET THIS VICTORIA SECRET MASTERCARD
âPLEASE NOTE: THIS IS THE STORE WHERE I RETURNED MY ITEMS & PURCHASED NEW ITEMS.
I made a purchase one day at Victoria Secret store & was offered to get their card to get discounts on my purchase. I got the card but little did I know it would be a NIGHTMARE!! Afterwards, I went to the Victoria Secret store to return my purchase and buy new items the same day.  PLEASE NOTE:  The first purchase that was returned & the new items purchased were two different prices. Normally when you return a purchase, you receive credit on your credit card account. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL!!  When I checked my new purchase receipt, it DID NOT have my account number on it & neither did my first purchase receipt. There are two different account numbers on them. But most importantly, I should NOT have to pay for the returned items.
Long story short, as of this date, November 18, 2022, this credit card company has charged me two late fees on top of the amount that I should have received credit for. Also, they will continue to add late fees until the balance is totally paid. I have just written a second dispute letter to them because they want to continue in their scam to take my money. I have given them both receipts pointing out the account numbers. On the second receipt it shows that three items were returned. They do not care how they are affecting your credit reports & credit score I am so disgusted with this credit card company & all the unnecessary hardship they are causing me. BEWARE, BEWARE BEWARE, BEWARE!!

While I was on the line to check out, an employee by the name of Z( doubt that is her name) rushed up to one of my friends and asked her if she had the censor.my friend replied asking what censor? Then the employee Z raised her voice and said "the censor that was in this sweater" and showed a sweater. My friend said no and she kept pressing the matter accusing my friend of taking a censor. I immediately went to the manager or shift leader I am not sure, and she backed up the employee that was accusing my friend. She also stated that she had her on camera which was obviously a lie because no arrests were made. I was so embarrassed because everyone was staring! I decided not to purchase anything anymore and just leave because I felt humiliated ! why should I purchase anything from this store if they automatically see me as a theif!đ€ I was going to come out of my character but I thought to myself, the same thing happened to Oprah and Julia Roberts in pretty woman and they handled it classy ,so could I.
