The customer service here was horrible. My first time coming here as I just moved to the neighborhood from FL. I love Walgreens in Tampa, never had an issue with any Walgreens till I came here. I went to the photo center as the app gave it as an option to pick up my order. I was waiting there about a minute to see if anyone would come. They had a long line at the register so I figured maybe be the rep is helping there. There were two ladies sitting outside the counter and I thought they were together. I then noticed they had a button you can press if you need help, so I did that. The announcement came on the intercom that help is needed at the photo center. One of the ladies (both Caucasian) turned around looked at me and turned back around. Shortly after another Hispanic joined behind me. The intercom made another announcement that help was needed. Then another. I hear the lady that turned around answer her phone and say âyes Iâm hereâ. She hung up and kept assisting the customer she was working with. Once she was done she comes to me and says how can I help you. I told her nicely, you couldâve told me you would attend me when youâre done with your customer and I wouldnât have pressed the button. I was standing here for several minutes. She totally dismissed me and just asked whatâs your last name. I told her that was poor customer service and just gave me a blank look. No apology. Needed a lot of stuff, but when I got to the cashier the distancing between me and another customer was only about 1-1 1/2 feet apart. When I made mention of this at the counter, a very rude young cashier laughed at me, and mumbled something to the woman who was close to me, who then also laughed.. really??? This is the way you deal with your customers who are uneasy during a serious panademic! Sadly, I left all 100 dollars worth of my shopping at the counter, was so appalled, I left. Walgreens management at that store and maybe others definitely needs to work more seriously with their rude staff and their cashier station distancing! KUDOS TO COSTCO I just returned from Costco. There is a guard at the front with 1 lane to go in. They are only letting in a certain number of people at a time. They are totally doing crowd control. When you are ready to pay you must stand in 1 of 3 lanes marked off with tape 6 ft apart and a worker sends you 1 by 1 to an open register.    Read moreI was down to my last two pill medications. I called the pharmacy yesterday and was on hold for like 20 minutes. No one ever came to pick up the phone. Today I called again. Also did not pick up the phone. So I called the store itself and asked for a manager. I was told the manager was busy with a customer and they put me on hold. The manager never even came to pick up the phone. All I was trying to do was seeing what was wrong with my medication prescription because the app told me to contact them about it. What is the use of contacting them by phone if they never pick up the phone. This place was better before covert there were two people at the front that took care of you very very well. I believe one of them was named brad. Since those two left and they quit this place has become a shamble. I would not recommend using the pharmacy by phone because they will never ever answer your call. Horrible...
