0 stars!!! I never write reviews but this place is TERRIBLE.

My girlfriend made an appointment here for my birthday. For starters, they didn't sit us next to each other and when I asked if I could have the open seat next to my friend, the long haired boy who was very unprofessional and rude said that it was impossible. That made no sense, but I sat down where they told me and had a full set put on with NO color for $65. I thought this was outrageous especially bc ONE day later, 8 of the nails, chipped and broke. I called to make an appointment so that they could fix my nails. I called 3 times. All of the times they said to come in at anytime. When I arrived they made it seem like I was late and that they had been waiting for me all day. I got there at 1. The long haired boy again was unprofessional and rude and approached me saying that next time I had to make an appointment and seemed annoyed. I explained I tried 3 times but each time I called I was refused a specific time and was told to come whenever. I was then told that they originally overcharged me since I had no color put on my set. I asked if I could get a color change on my toes to make up for what they over charged me and for all my wasted time and troubles, having to come back just a day later. Also bc I had to pay extra giving the second person a tip ($30 worth in tip for both visits for their mistake) The person doing my nails said yes. I thought they would honor this, to keep a customer, but they did not. On my way out they told me that I owed $12 for my color change even though I was told differently and the TV pricing screen showed $10. At this point I was so aggravated and refused to pay. It ended in a screaming match and the owner chased me outside to my car. This place is AWFUL. Definitely the WORST experience I have ever had in any establishment. Spent $100 just for a set of plain nails and quick color change on my toes and they chased and yelled at me for $10. PLEASE...

(Please READ)Just left and overall, my experience was good! I cannot say the same for my mother though. Jamie did my gel mannie and regular peddie. Helena did the gold trimmings design on one nail for me. Both ladies were kind and listened to me and tried their best! However...

Wendy did my mother's nail today and was rude. She was not as warm as the others that did my nails. I don't know if it was a bad day or if she couldn't understand what my mom was trying to communicate. I watched my mother try to explain in frustration. I tried speaking up for her but was seated away from her. Wendy initially ignored my mom till she kept speaking up for herself and pulled her hand away. Then Wendy dismissively told my mom to bring her hands so she could change her color. She kept painting the color my mom was trying to tell her she didn't like initially. Then she murmered something to the other girls next to her in Spanish. We speak another language too so I know this wasn't anything positive. But so unprofessional!

I understand it can be hectic for these ladies and I usually avoid leaving bad reviews but there is absolutely NO reason to be rude, especially if we are not and especially when we are paying! My mom even tried to warm up to her as soon as we got to the salon but to no avail. Others smiled with us and got the job done, and LISTENED! We are not rude and respectful but try to be firm because we are paying for the services. Please be mindful that you never know who speaks your language, because I may not be fluent but I can piece together some phrases in Spanish. My nails are the greenšŸ’š(with inspired pinterest nail art) and my mom's are the maroon-ish. One nail was supposed to be Grey but Wendy ignored that instruction and did a subpar design instead with the Grey coloršŸ˜‘.

Please value your clients and I promise you will thrive even more! I might come back again because this was not my first time but I cannot say the...

I have been coming to this location since they opened but lately the nail techs have been extremely rude. I thought ok maybe it’s just a not so good day but early in the morning we should be grateful to be up. Many that speak both English and Spanish prefer their native language and that’s fine but it’s rude when you ask them a question and they talk to one another and not the person who actually needs help. They don’t do a good job sadly. They wash the towels in the basin where our feet go and then put them in a heating contraption for lack of a better word. They feel since they use the plastic that’s suffice when clearly you need to disinfect the basin with more than water. They reuse all of their tools and they are not left in a place to sanitize instead they are left in their baskets. They barely spray alcohol and when I was there today my nails were cut slanted and my feet still weren’t done correctly. They prefer you to get gel but gel isn’t always good it just last longer. Overall I’m so disappointed in how rude they are. The owner really needs to train them better. They have gotten to lax and it’s truly a blessing to even have a job. From the looks at the small amount of customers today I believe a lot of people are feeling the same way just like a woman that sat next to me who said weeks prior two people went ahead of her eventhough she was the first customer there. This also happened to me today they allowed two customers to go before me. I never like to complain but the owners really need to know about things that go on with regards to the customer service. Customer service means so much to all of us. I mean this place was convenient but convenience isn’t always best. I would rather be treated better especially for my hard earned money. I pray you truly read this in the spirit that I’m writing this do better and I really deserve and apology for todays...

In short, wouldn’t recommend. Details.. Upon entrance I wasn’t greeted. I said hello but the tech closest to the door didn’t speak English so I just waited until someone noticed me standing at the counter. First thing I was asked is if I was ready to pay. Told him I was actually ready to start my pedicure. I was told to follow him to the back but once we got there he started talking to a tech and never told me where to go. So again I just waited until it got awkward and asked where did he want me to sit. He set up the bowl and I sat with my feet in water for 20 mins before I asked for service. The woman who came seemed annoyed but finally started my pedicure. But also started talking to the tech next to her, which she did the WHOLE time. Didn’t think this was a problem until she started painting, still talking. The paint job was sloppy from the first layer but I figured she’d go back over so it’ll be fine. Nope. She didn’t paint to the cuticle so I asked if she could fix that before she applied too many gel coats and there be a hump. She said yes but didn’t and just continued talking so before she put the clear coat I asked again if she could fix that because it didn’t look fresh. Looked grown out. She sucked her teeth and sloppily slapped a coat on my right big toes but now there a hump of course so I asked how can we fix that. (Didn’t do the left or put lotion on my feet after) She SNATCHED the toe dividers from my feet and said ā€œwe don’t. You all done.ā€ And tapped the foot rest. I was couldn’t believe it. Complained up front but I didn’t get the vibe that the receptionist cared so I paid and left. Won’t be going back. Touched it up myself when I got home which is wild to have to do after paying $50 for a pedi.

I will never support this business ever again. I went on Saturday, April 8 when I got home I noticed air pockets and the pointy shape was crooked on my nails, they were closed Sunday due to Easter. I went on Monday after work but called first to let them know I was coming back. When I returned booth #22 not sure of her name kept saying I don't know what happened maybe it's top coat, so she buffed top coat off. I was unsure of color. After drying under UV light I noticed air pockets again. She said for me to come back and ahe will polish over, I came back Thursday day off and sat there for almost an hour before she acknowledged me with attitude she tried to give me a heard time, nasty and rude. She tried to charge me I said I just paid you 100 for toes and nails with a design I'm not paying again, she changed color started talking in her language and all her little people started putting they two cents. She said I will never do your nails again I said you don't have to worry about me ever coming back to this establishment you can't even polish correctly and the polish after two coats is still fading, because they dilute it. Long story treat your customers with respect. I ended up paying to get toes repolished when it was there fault because the blue polish was NO Good. Even after it all polish on toes is fading and chipping. Please zoom in. Smmfh
