URB'N Dispensary — Attraction in Newark

BUYER Beware ‼️This would have been my first time and sadly to say my last time visiting this establishment.. Upon making my purchase which I paid and was awaiting my friend to be done with her transaction I decided I wanted to switch out something I had purchased for something else.. (Packaging had Not been Touched) The young lady who was assisting us told me she had to ask before she could do anything, this gentleman came back to tell me unfortunately due to state Regulations this could not be done🤦🏽‍♀️ What state Regulations (huh) there are No signs in this establishment advising customer’s should you change your mind and want to change your order after purchase it could Not be done! This left a really bad taste in my mouth because Iv never been to this place and just felt like because you have this dispensary you could just call out Laws like people are Stupid or ignorant to not no NJ Laws, Which I looked 👀 up and seen Nothing that matched what this gentleman was referencing..SMH just was...

Stopped in on a whim while in area and so glad I did. Was greeted by some cool street art in the entrance and a super friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, personable staff. Learned it was a mom and pop shop which I'd love being able to support v. Making a corporate more wealthy than they already are. Good prices, new pt discount, ga/vet and some other discounts provided, inviting decor. Great displays offering not only visual but also allows you to smell the flower. Multiple ordering stations. Fast, easy purchasing experience. Even got thanked with some awesome free merch for my purchase you have to stop in and check them out PROMISE you will not be disappointed regardless if local in the area or not definitely going to be a returning customer the 45 min drive for me is well worth it for the experience and...
