I wanted to order over a dozen...but ended up not getting past suit #2. I had one custom suit made here years ago and came back in, got re measured and had the original suit altered to make the new pattern. I ordered two new custom suits to start and one came first. The fit was too relaxed and boxy for my taste but they said it looked fine. I decided to go with their advice, and only slightly tapered the pants to my taste, but upon seeing an outside tailor for something else, he said it fit very loose and was surprised as he had better experience with Suitsupply in the past (so I wasn't crazy, and the fit WAS extremely relaxed). Overall though it was promising and acceptable, and I wanted to get more and try to get the fit perfect.
Suit #2 was different. I decided to try and have it made slimmer, along with tapering the pants to a slim fit. We were supposed to take the jacket in 1cm and taper the pants to be slim but not skinny. It was taken in 1.5 to 1.75cm according to them, and I got back pants that were slightly tighter than our pinup on the left leg, and completely hugging my lower calf on the right leg. They said to let the jacket back out to original would be 2cm and that they could try and match the right leg of the pants to the left but that the poor fit was on me because it was what I wanted....(obviously not! the mockup I thought I was getting was one that was very tapered and maybe not as crisp as their standard straight-leg fit, but not one that hugged my calves.) Additionally the hem job on these pants was...not good for a $750 suit, with the bottom tape overlapping and jutting out unevenly beneath the wool.
I was able to negotiate a pant remake only on the condition that I buy another suit, but they said it might be difficult to produce my desired fit (even with me saying the left leg was 90% there) and so recommended against having the pants remade. Maybe you can get better results with a skilled third party tailor. The right sleeve on the jacket is still too long too. But fighting for correct alterations is not something I want to be doing over and over, and since they indicated just matching my base profile might be difficult, I doubt I will gamble with another.
Going into the store is not the most fun experience to say the least. Going into Indochino next door on the other hand is a breeze. Never frustrating there and never are made to feel unwelcome even though the service is less polished and the product of lower quality. It's a shame because I wanted to buy 10+ suits for my wardrobe and having something close to custom fit and quality for these prices...
Read moreI bought a suit for my wedding and my experience was as follows: Visit 1: Alex was very polite. He helped me get fitted for the suit I wanted (and that some of my groomsmen had already purchased): a light grey Napoli. Alex notified me that the suit may not be available for all 7 of us as it was frequently out of stock. After measuring me at 40R, we went home and were able to find all sizes in stock online. We bought the light grey 40R over the phone and had it shipped to this location. All good there. Visit 2: We tried on the suit in store but they ordered the wrong color (dark grey) even though I confirmed at the time of purchase and when it arrived at the store. They then swapped it out for the correct color. Visit 3: Abdiel had my light grey suit 40R ready to try on. He claimed there might be too many alterations so he had to clear it with his supervisor. He then claimed I was more fitted for a custom suit, which wasn’t an option for me as I was going to use this suit for my wedding and my brother’s. Not to mention the custom suits are $300+ more expensive. After understanding this, he said I needed a 38R... turns out Alex measured me wrong. Abdiel claimed there weren’t any light grey 38Rs in stock, but I had heard that tune before. I had my wife look it up online and we were able to add two to our cart. I showed Abdiel this and he was fumbling for words. He came back and blamed it on their system, apparently a different product code than online. So either a) Abdiel lied to my face in hopes of selling me a more expensive suit or b) their back end system is awful and we as the customers have better insight into their inventory. Both are big issues. After he miraculously found the 38R on his end, the supervisor approved the exchange and the correct suit arrived within a week. I had my groomsman pick up the suit (I don’t live in the area) and the suit was the right one! However it had a stain on the pocket. Needless to say, I was not in the mood to give Suit Supply more business with a tie or suit alterations.
Those are the facts. My feelings are that no one likes to be lied to or overly sold (think used car salesman). I experienced both in my three visits to Suit Supply.

Read morewhere do I start if there is a rating below one star I would’ve given this is my second time and I location first time I bought a suit $450 and the other time I bought a suit for 1000 the experience was very very poor the staff seems not eager at all to help and when I called 23 times the the store I and end up transferring to member experience and they were telling me that there are no sales people available in that location and they will send an email to the store manager that he will give me a call since I live further than the store and they will place the order for me over the phone over two weeks past did not get the call did not get even an email or any sort of communication about that incident , I walked in on a Sunday literally as soon as they open at 11:01 and there was one person ahead of me and at the end, It is alarming to see that there was more staff on hand standing by then customers and nobody’s willing to helpI knew what I wanted I purchased it while I was checking out the team member over there asked me if anybody help me out and I said nobody really but go ahead I understand you guys work on sales and when I expressed my concern that I’ve been trying to get a hold of the staff and store for the last couple days over 28 calls has been made and he simply did not care he looked at me and was like what the phone or not working if the phone is not working why don’t you report it and totally nonchalant about it that he did not want to assist me I felt very and appreciate...
