OH NO ! My wife and I have bought Vuori clothing at a number of their stores in California. Well made, nice fabrics, good fit and high comfort factor...Vuori get high marks in these areas. Almost every piece of Vuori clothing we own has been purchased in a store...you can see it, feel it, try it on and of course they have helpful well trained staff. BUT ! A few days ago I was looking at Vuori online...I wanted a couple more Strato Tech Tees in different colors to what I have already. I didn't really have any intention of buying online but I saw that they had added a White and a Black to their range of colors. Exactly the 2 colors I wanted. Next minute a 20% off for first time purchase online hit me in the face. I took the offer and they sent me a code to be inputted at checkout. I bought 2 x Strato Tech Tees in L size....one White, one Black at $54 each ( same price as in store ). I go to checkout, input the code I was sent and what.......I got charged full price + tax with free shipping ( free ground shipping over $75 ). I contacted Customer Service and they said too late for us to electronically change your order...you can have 20% off next time. NO WAY ! After an exchange of a few emails my complaint was escalated and a Customer Service Manager named Cyndy said she would manually adjust my bill so I would get the 20% off. GREAT ! A couple of days later I received my 2 Strato Tech Tees in L size...one White, one Black. As soon as I opened the sealed plastic bags I could see the fabric was not the same as the Blue Heather and Charcoal Heather ones I owned...different look and slippery feel. IT GOT WORSE ! Then I tried both of them on....they were drooping over my shoulders and much longer in length. This was not the same product I had bought previously. On Friday my wife and I dropped by this store around 4pm and spoke with a staff member named Tiffany standing behind the service counter...I am not a manager Tiffany told us. I retold my very bad experience buying from Vuori online. Tiffany explained that because a lot of guys work out the new run bigger L size and shiny slippery fabric was brought out. GREAT ! So why don't they point out online that men's sizes run bigger and that the fabric in White and Black is completely different to the rest of the color range. I asked for a refund and Tiffany took care of that. We have no problem with this store....we have bought clothing here in recent times. Dealing with Vuori online has been a complete waste of time so maybe this ugly review will get...
Read moreVERY COMFORTABLE CLOTHING ! My wife and I Iove this clothing brand...we have bought a swag of it at 2 different stores already. We had my wife's son in tow when we walked in here around 3pm on Saturday.......this is quite a small store compared to the others we have seen. VERY BUSY ! There were a lot of customers which made the store look even smaller. My wife was on a mission wanting to buy a couple of new Long-Sleeve Lux Crew ( long sleeve t-shirts ). They had just the one in Black Heather in my wife's small size...it looked great and my wife said it felt very comfortable. My wife also wanted one in Plum Heather but they had none. That will be a BUY ONLINE job along with another pair of Performance Joggers...long. I bought another Strato Tech Tee ( t-shirt ) in Navy Heather plus another pair of Fleet Joggers in Black. And we bought my wife's son a Strato Tech Tee in Charcoal Heather. REAL HELPFUL SERVICE ! One of the managers named Noah looked after us at the cashier desk. THE QUALITY...

I was greeted by Tiffany who took the time to answer all my questions (there was quite a few) and go above and beyond to explain what her use for the brand was. Not only did I walk away with about 12 items of vuori, I gained a new friend. Tiffany is an inspiration and is, what I would like to think, a true representation of all the qualities an athletic brand would value.
