We bought a brand new dishwasher over two months ago. It hasn’t worked since it was installed. The store said there is nothing that they can do to help us. When I couldn’t get a in touch with a person from Fridgidaire after calling for several days and being on hold for hours I called the store back and Armando finally agreed to contact them and get a service call scheduled. On the morning of our service call the technician called me to confirm. The tech was calling from Washington because Armando gave them our mailing address and not the location of the appliance. So, it took me another 3 hours on hold to schedule another tech to come out who then couldn’t see us for two weeks. Once he came out he had to order a part that is 12 weeks out. We asked for a refund or replacement and were told it wasn’t their responsibility. They should have stood behind their product and and helped us work with a Frigidaire on a replacement. Sells defective dressers. Owners would not respond to our latest email. Newport worker was rude and unhelpful. Dresser tracks were stuck two hours after delivery. Never got a response from the owner apologizing for the ladies rude behavior in the Newport store and my experience tying to get a refund. I called Coastal Appliances, and Ashely answered the phone. After explaining the situation, Ashley reached out to the management company and we had a brand new refrigerator in the house within a couple of hours. The guys who made the delivery were friendly, clean and professional. And...the replacement refrigerator was too big to fit in the cabinet, so they called the office found ANOTHER refrigerator, went and picked up and came back to finish the installation.
