Tangent Workshops — Attraction in Newport

It gets one star only because of the record collection. Otherwise it would be a negative 5 star. Went in with my leashed service dog and the unleashed dog there came up behind her and startled her. My dog did not growl or lunge and we blocked the other dog from her. She did low bark a couple of times and so I started to escort her back outside.

What a gem! My daughter and I stumbled into this spot and had sooo much fun with the art, getting to do a 3D coloring project and picking the most perfect mystery dragon now lovelingly named spikes! My personal favorite was the little Orca named Orkie! Such a delightful memory from our Newport trip! 10/10 would recommend! Also a big plus is he warranties the toys for life? I can’t think of another toy we own that has that. Their basically indestructible.. Overall, I am just blown away and what a delightful eclectic fun...

Awesome little shop in aquarium village! Very cool art and handmade goods to appreciate, and the coolest 3D printed trinkets and unique souvenirs. My 3 and 5 year old had the best time at the (free!) water coloring paint station! Excellent activity to sit down and focus after running around the aquarium.
