We had a great time doing Survive the Room. This place is well run and clearly communicated expectations and rules. The room was well decorated and the puzzles were creative. We escaped in the nick of time with 2 experienced players- I'm not sure I would recommend this room for more than 4 or 5 people due to the size and the number of concurrent puzzles. I loved that we could see our exact time and the clues were custom. I also appreciated that it was very obvious that we finished the room and it fit into the story. If there is anything to improve I would say that I could have done without the "hostile native" element to the story since it doesn't add anything and isn't a part of the room. There were also a few puzzles in the room that could have ranged in difficulty based on player's previous knowledge. Without the outside knowledge we felt like we had to use a hint after working at it for a while with no success. Overall very fun experience and we will check it out again next time we...
Read moreWhy aren't there more stars to give on here?! This was absolutely the best experience we have had on the Oregon Coast. What a marvelous experience for a family friendly experience (especially mind stimulating), this Escape Room is an absolute must! From the first encounter with the owner upon walking into the business, the doors that lead down the hallway are like the red button you're not supposed to touch. But want to. But shouldn't, unless it's time. You want to know what it does, what it leads to, what's in store. We chose to go back in time to be with the Pirates in the 1800's. A little aggressive for first timers like us, but Robert (owner) made sure to give a thorough prelude to our adventure. We can't wait to go back, is the next day too soon to try one of the other colorful doors to see if our minds can unfold the intellectual enigmas? Absolutely not. We wish we could spend an entire day on a quest of...
Read moreSuper fun even for the adults! If you like puzzles you will love the Escape rooms. They have different levels of difficulty so if it’s your first time then try one of the easy rooms. If you are a master puzzler then go for the hard ones. We as a family have done two of the rooms, the Pirate Escape and Sheriff Joe’s Jail Escape. You must work together on the escapes, no way to do them on your own. The puzzles are very fun and forces you to think. If you get stumped hints will be given to your group on tv screens that are in the rooms. As you progress through the escape the clues and puzzles get more difficult. If you solve all the puzzles and make your escape everyone gets a prize at the end. Loads of fun and we will...
