Pains me to write this review because the staff are so nice but I had a pretty poor experience at Miltons in Newton. I used Miltons for my wedding suit and the groomsmen all bought suits there as well.I purchased my suit well ahead of time and scheduled a date to come back to have it altered. I came back to try it on and the suit was apparently nowhere to be found (even though they told me they'd keep it in the back room). It took 45 minutes before they pulled a new one off the shelf to have me try on. I was eventually marked up for alterations. When I came back to try on the suit after alterations were made, they gave me the wrong suit and it wasn't altered at all. When they found the correct suit, the legs were not altered properly so I had to have it marked up and altered again. A first and last experience. My group stopped in here after a search found it as a recommended place for men's wear, especially for a wedding. The location had many options, so we were initially excited. However, after entering the store, no one greeted us. We walked around for few minutes and had to search for an employee to help my fiancee try out few tuxedos. However, the said employee kept rushing us, gave my fiancee a tuxedo that was way oversized, and called it was it was a "good fit," which was clearly not the case.
