Rollin EZ — Attraction in Niceville

I generally don't leave reviews but I feel not doing so would be a big disservice to the public regarding this business. This shop is 5 minutes from my home & yet I happily drive all the way to Bluewater to QQ's Smoke Shop to get what I need. The biggest difference between these places is the way they treat their customers. On two different occasions, I had the unfortunate experience of engaging with the overtly obnoxious, unprofessional, rude & condescending "salesman" there (pretty sure he's the only employee & wears a beard) & will never reach out to them again. This guy refuses to quote prices over the phone & has the vibes of a car salesman trying to work you over.. I’ve been coming here for years as I live right down the street. They help so much every time you walk in. I went the other day with my girlfriend who is sick of paying so much for cigarettes so they literally let us try a whole slew of different tobaccos and papers until she found the one she liked and the lady behind the counter was so friggen customer focused I felt obligated to leave them a review.
