Phoenix Theatres Northtowne Mall — Attraction in Noble Township

We love coming to this theater—especially to watch Christian films. It’s disappointing to see that they’ve stopped showing them lately.

That said, the staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything you need. The theater itself is spotless, and the seats are incredibly comfortable—they recline and even have heating, which is a big plus. The food and beverages are delicious too.

We’d love to see more true stories and Christian movies brought back to your lineup. It would be amazing, and I believe people from nearby towns would come just to see them.

Also, more advertising would help—beyond just your website. Consider posters, radio spots, or other local outreach. I understand it costs money, but as the saying goes: it takes money to make money.

Went with my family to watch the new Panda movies. We order two large tubs of popcorn for 6 people. We asked for maybe a few small bags to split it up and they told us they couldn’t. So I asked for cups and they told us no, they were really strict on inventory. I said I was willing to pay for just like empty cups. Then they charged me $11 for two SMALL cups. On top of that when we got into the theater there was popcorn and other miscellaneous things all over the floor. The seats had what looked like melted chocolate on it too. Tis isn’t the first time stuff like this has happened either. Almost every time we’ve come the theaters haven’t been cleaned. This theatre has to be the best theatre that I will ever go to. The concessions, where you also get your tickets, has endless food, snack, and beverage options and has beer and wine coming soon. They also sell fleece blankets. The entire place was spotless, and the staff was as helpful and friendly as could be. The prices for tickets are unbelievably affordable, even cheaper than when I was a teenager 20 years ago. The concession prices are reasonable as well. The seats recline very far back, and the leg backs rise for full leg elevation, and you can choose to heat it as well.
