Condescending, awkward, and rude. I asked a really simple question, and the guy acted like it was obvious and became easily frustrated when I said I was still confused and asked him to elaborate. Repeating himself ONCE in a different way to help a freshman understand financial aid disbursement shouldn't have exasperated him so easily. The conversation ended with awkward silence and I had to tell HIM to have a nice day to make it less awkward after how confrontational he was about me not understanding and how very little effort he put in to end the call on a better note. This place is a money scam. They are over a billion dollars in debt and when it comes to tuition and paying if your not able to pay by the end of the semester you cannot transfer your balance to another semester like you could at another school because they're too greedy with the money. I literally drove a thousand miles to be at this school and got put in classes that had absolutely nothing to do with my major and it was all a bunch of writing classes and I'm a meteorology major and I now I have to repay for these...

I attend OU and I'm proud to have the opportunity to go back and finish my Bachelor's Degree in Leadership. As an adult returning back to college I can truly say it gives me a feeling of accomplishment and I've always loved getting my education. I work hard at it and give it my all.
