Jack's Laundromat — Attraction in North Arlington

i been coming here since 2009, it was great up until the beginning of this year. I was hoping it would turn around it went from 13 minutes for 25, to 10 minutes now 7 minutes for the dryers. The washer went up too. i guess COVID got the best of there business too. The other issue for me its not as clean as it used to be before COVID. The family who works there the father and son are nicer but the woman left in charge, sort of rude. This is my opionion, going to find a better place today no more going back here since they stopped caring i will go where...

Just made a move to kearny started to go to Jack's laundry Matt The washers and dryers are amazing but the drop and pickup service is horrible. Cloth not clean not folded ( that's the hole point of the service ) . The first time experience on a scale from 1 to 10 (4) . This place is horrible. I brought my daughter's comforter to be washed only to have it returned to me unwashed. Then brought it back again to be washed since I paid for the service and now i come back to pick it up and it is completely gone. If you need to come here for convenience then make sure you watch your clothes like a hawk....
